Poked in today for a bite; the place is cozy enough and the ordering process is straight to the point, which I can definitely dig, however the food experience was relatively lackluster and would equate more to heading to your neighbor Jim's backyard barbecue for a few frozen patties off the flat top on a Safeway kaiser. If that's your style, power to you, though I left rather disappointed for a place otherwise rated so highly. Pop was cold though, so that was cool. Friendly enough owners, just very average food.

Super cute local burger place!! Great food and even better service! Definitely support this business if you want classically good food.

Veggie burger is disgusting and doesn't taste right.Edit: Owners/management are incredibly rude and can't handle criticism. So pathetic and petty. It really shows how they are, and how they treat their customers. Support small businesses but don't support a business wishing covid onto others. Shame on you.

Hidden local gem - wish I'd taken the plunge and tried this place earlier! Burger was properly grilled and tasty. Poutine was ample with proper cheese curds. Milkshake was thick and rich! Service and food presentation was a little quirky but didn't impact the experience. We'll be back!

Today, I tried Burger Inn for the first time. Ordered the single beef classic - nothing too crazy because I like to compare based on a traditional dish. The burger was superb. I will be coming back tomorrow to try the other types. The owner is also extremely nice. Parking is available in the lot next to it. 90 min free. Can't believe I only found out about this place now. It has become one of my favourite burger joints.

Consistently one of Calgary’s best and most under-appreciated burger joints. The flame grilled burgers are hot, fresh, and delicious. The fries are crispy, salty, and generous. Good prices as well, give it a try if you haven’t!

It's Friday noon and this was my first ever visit to Burger Inn Calgary. I love burgers and here's my opportunity to try a top-rated burger as per the reviews. No line up. Available seating. :)I ordered the Buffalo Burger with fries, gravy and canned soda. At current $$$, I was anticipating a killer burger. 7 minutes later, order was ready. Meal served on a smaller than normal dinner plate....the type used at one's company parking lot BBQ.Paper napkins were quite fragile and small. Company BBQ ones have them beat!Burger looked like the 5 ounce size before grilling (after annihilation on the grill, shrank to the 3 and a half ounce size). Bison meat is leaner than beef and would have minimal shrinkage once grilled. The burger was served open faced.I sat down at the table and dug in. Found the bun texture to be of 3 to 4 days aged in the bag.Hot peppers were not crispy but pulpous. A sign that these peppers were sitting in brine for all one's born days. The 2 bacon strips served on the burger were innumerably fragmented. They were not the crispy kind but the jerky kind.Cheddar cheese slice was quite small... very thin... the see-through kind.Hand cut fries were soft and not crispy as I would have liked. BUT, they were the right color! Golden brown.Gravy was on the lumpy side.... tasted like KFC's.Discarded most of the meal but kept the soda.Sincerely,Journeyman Red Seal Chef.

Some time ago a friend of mine showed up at home with some hamburgers in a bag. When I tried the first one, OMG I couldn't believe how delicious it was. I asked him where he had bought them and he said "Burger Inn". Since then I have become addicted to those super burgers. They are definitely the best burgers in town! I wish they were open more hours during the weekend.
