Burger King in Calgary

“Late at night, my son and I stopped by Burger King and had the pleasure of being helped by a kind staff member named Mo. We were having a hard time deciding what to order (we were those indecisive customers 😅), and even though it was late, Mo was incredibly patient, kind, and informative. Our food was also made fresh we came back for seconds. We even apologized for taking so long, but he just smiled and continued being super sweet and helpful. His positive attitude truly stood out and made our night. Thank you, Mo, for your amazing customer service!“

“Very unrated compared to McDonald's or other burger places but the burgers and shakes here are right on par. The Patty's are big and lots of burger choices, tastes fresh off a bbq grill. Bunch of new milkshake flavors taste great too. Family friendly.“

“Did not cook my burger long enough, guess they don't know that veggie patties need both sides cooked and hot. Barely unthawed but, one side mushy /other burnt. Skimpy lettuce, and barely any tarter sauce on big fish. I cannot see receipt as they covered them with double stickers. Can't send back as delivery. Sorry no pics on phone. Will send to Manager upon request. Very disappointing for late night snacks.“

“Been going to this location for a few months now. This one lady who always helps us is absolutely amazing. She’s an older white lady who works evenings. She’s kind, diligent, and always gives us extra ketchup and napkins without having to ask. We’re often worried when leaving drive thru’s that not everything is in the bag, but when this amazing lady is working, I know my order will be right and in the bag properly the first time. 10/10 amazing customer service.“

“This local Burger King is always a pleasant experience. The restaurant is consistently clean, and the attention to detail, like the wall plug-ins, adds a nice touch to the overall atmosphere.

The staff here are amazing, efficient, and always willing to go the extra mile. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service in fast food, but this team really stands out.

The food is typical of what you'd expect from Burger King, but the cleanliness and service elevate the experience.
