The staff was neither welcoming nor friendly but I suppose they were efficient as they did get my order right. However, my onion rings were cold and so was my burger.
This location is bright and clean.

Food was fresh and delish! Customer service great too but the guy in drive-thru asked me to circle around so that the order time wouldn't go long as they were making my food fresh. Cause I work for you? Lol is this what drive-thru customers are accommodating now? Then they missed my pie with my order. Because you served the order off aiming for a best order serving time. You owe my hersey’s pie I paid for. Weirdos

Terrible Service, Food quality was bad, atmosphere felt like we were being rushed out.
My wife and I went through the drive through for breakfast, first thing we get to the window and my girlfriend asks for some ketchup in the bag, which she was ignored. Then she asked again and the lady in the window practically threw the ketchup into her hand. Maybe that's a little dramatic but it was roughly enough that I noticed it and my wife mentioned something about it after we left.
Secondly before we left the location, I checked the order as I always do, and the hash browns were still very cold, like they had been sitting out for 15 minutes. I went into the store and asked for some new ones, they immediately knew why I had returned, upon entering the store i was asked about the hash browns. It's like they knew they sent us out with old cold hash browns. They fired up some new ones for us, after this we left the location.
Third my wife told me the drinks were only half full, which I didn't believe until I opened up the cup and looked, it was filled about 2.5 inches from the top of the cup, which kind of felt pointless because we ordered a larger size of drink just to get a smaller drink anyways for more money.
Finally my sandwich was a Sausage and Egg sandwich. Same story as the hash browns, looks like it had dried out from sitting out for so long, the sandwich was very dry.
Honestly I don't think I'll come back to this location. There is no care for the customers, the only thing they care about is drive through times and it feels like they will do anything to achieve that. Including making you wait at the speaker until they finish the order, or serving old food to bring down ticket time. I wish we would teach our employees to care for the customer and not the numbers. I have worked in fast foods for my fair share of time and we were always taught to treat the customer with utmost respect and to make sure we are the best place they eat at. Drive through times aren't everything, food quality and overall service is extremely important and create a positive atmosphere.

Charged me 15 % upcharge on each whopper that I had asked for heavy ketchup and Mayo two whoppers turned out to 15 $ Also had explosive gas and diharea twice after deciding to grab food on the way home here

To cut a long story short, I request that no ice be added to any of my drinks because the last time we had our drinks, they tasted disgusting and bland. I ask to change it, but this manager, NEEHA, instead of changing it, dumps some in and fills it again, which I understand, but it annoys me that she did it in the same cup. I have to drive over and tell her that my drink tastes completely bland, and she does not even offer to apologize or correct it. I feel that spending nearly $50 on this behaviour is completely unnecessary. So dissapointed and have to leave with a bad experience.And one more thing its not good when you are talking in the speaker box and interrupting and rushing you to send in the window..This manager NEEHA, lacks of managerial behavior!

Great food and fast service. Wish the burgers were hotter but the fries are always fresh and tasty. Tried the new cotton candy shake, too sweet for me but the kids loved it. Must buzz to use the washrooms. Free parking and open late/24 hrs

Kid-friendliness: Kids combo and meals,3 station with computer games for kids to play. NO jumping gym or slide.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, power doors for opening, special tables reserved and parking

I went there last day and the employees at the counter were very rude , ( they were Indian lady employees ) they refused to give me the offer which I get every week , pathetic service
