Went there to grab a combo plus the French toast 5 piece are regularly go to this Burger King and when I got home there was only three pieces of the French toast sticks I called in right away to ask why there was only three in there but instead of just saying next time we will give you an extra two or work with a customer but I don't know if it was the manager she ended up taking the server side stating that they put five in there so I was lying even though I could confirm that there was only three in there. No customer service whatsoever add five times out of 10 the fries are cold and dry always forget to give receipts and barely any napkins.

Slow service, stand at the front counter and yell at six of them standing in the back talking amongst themselves and it still takes 10 minutes to get somebody's attention absolutely dreadful customer service.

Avoid this location, it's ruining the BK name. Doesn't matter if you order from an app or drive-thru, the food from here sucks and you'll see if you order it. The buns are stale and fall apart with the opening of the wrapper, the meat is ice cold, shocked if it's actually cooked, it seems like they really only cooked it on the one side. Also, you can ask for any alteration you want, you're not going to get it. If you ask for NO mayo, you end up with half a jar on your burger mixed with chunks of lettuce the size of normal sized watch.
