rude and lazy drive thru crew
Gave me a rotten chicken burger. Chicken was stale. Patty looked very old and totally dry like someone had reheated it again and again. Even ended up with upset stomach after eating. No food control or quality left. This is totally unacceptable.

Worst customer service. Dont know how to treat customer, trying to falsify the information thinking customers are fools. Never coming back to this place.

Never had an issues here with the food or wait times.
The place is over all run really well, the foods to be expected and just a good run place.
Convenient location and customer service is what it is, could be better at times when it's slow.. . . .

Do NOT go here if you are trying any specialty items that are limited. Tried to get the new how to train your dragon meal. Didn't even get the special mozzarella sticks that were supposed to come with it, they were just normal and not spicy. So I called them to try and figure out if anything could be done because I had already driven home, and they were the ONE thing I wanted to try from the meal. They never picked up the phone and even denied my call one time when I called. Not even terrible customer service, there is NO customer service. Don't even bother calling them because they won't pick up. And don't trust them to give you what you actually wanted, please just go to a different one. I wasted my money on something I was excited for and didn't even get it.
Worst drive through wait time
I'm not sure why a milkshake takes 25 minutes to make but hey maybe they're all new or something? As someone who works fast food, do better
