This BK is always fresh and delicious. Ive been here many times, as I lived in the area. Now I've moved and will be sad that its no longer within arms reach. All the staff that have served me are very friendly and efficient. Although my order was minimally wrong, I won't make my review lesser as it was tsken care of promptly and willingly through the delightful manager!

They are packing drinks they give in the hand. That's no good. That should give in the packing bag. Everything inside, not in the hand. Anybody can drink it

While most of the food was okay I was sadly disappointed with the onion rings. They are dinky little rings that have no actual rings of onion in them. They are some kind of mix of batter and onion bits or something like that. THEY ARE NOT TRUE ONION RINGS!!! If you are a lover of onion rings like me you will be disappointed!! I WILL NOT GO BACK TO BURGER KING!!!!!!!

Asked first to verify that they do refill on drinks and the crew member said ‘yes we do’ but when I asked for a refill the manager refused to do so because they do not do refills on lemonade only on pop but they did not specify that they only do refill on pop not lemonade and when I asked for a refill on pop instead of lemonade she also refused to do so. Worst part of the interaction was she would be willing to let her crew member to pay for a refill due to giving the wrong information instead of just refilling the drink, letting it go and not allow me for a refill on the next time I asked. The manager working on shift of the evening on June 19, 2025 should be taught a lesson on not to embarrass her crew members and teaching her crew to give out the proper information to customers.

Nothing against the staff here this feedback is for corporate Burger King. You advertise a massive looking sundae, limited time in coordination with the new How To Train a Dragon movie. But what you get is, for $0.50 more than a regular (I'm assuming just as small sundae), is the tiniest cup they could find to serve it in. Not to be too harsh what I got was good quality but the quantity is insane. Considering McDonald's has $2 sundaes and $1 ice cream cones all summer, which both arguably have more ice cream than this, go there instead and don't bother trying something you will definitely be disappointed with.
