I just ordered a Chicken Jr. sandwich, and it was incredibly tough to bite into, even difficult to cut with a knife. I tried calling the store multiple times but didn’t get an answer. It seems like the person who made the sandwich could use some additional training. This experience was disappointing.

Waited 40 minutes to get my food. It was busy, but I was very disappointed (not an exaggeration, 8-10 mins waiting in line, and 39 minutes exactly from time on receipt to receive order).
When customers wait that long you should awknowledge it by giving them a coupon or some free fries or onion rings for waiting forever. Lovely way to spend half of my evening. Didn't help that I saw my poutine sitting under the heater for 15 minutes while the burger was being made.

I ordered a veggie poutine and was told it is a hundred percent veggie poutine. I searched up on the internet and it has beef stock in the gravy. The worst thing is I asked the guy twice does the gravy have any meat in it. He said no it is hundred percent veggie. The guy knows little English and does not understand anything. Also this happened at 2 am so I am guessing not many people working at that time.

This Burger King has good food like any other Burger King. The downside to this every time i go, is that they always forget something i paid for. I recently went yesterday and they forgot our gravy, apple turnovers, and our sauces. I also went today and the same thing happened. If you decide to go here, i recommend you check the bag before leaving.

Terrible new cheese sticks, too thinn... not enough each to even sell them for that price they are. Sadly, I won't be coming back until it's for the delish fries. Chicken fries mid at best. I just wanted a "good" (when they are actually fresh, another story) fast food place with damn okay cheese sticks. I am very heavily disappointed in you, Burger King.

Today I went to Burger King, I tried to eat the whooper and it was disgusting the beef then i tried the chicken sandwich. Also it was disgusting the chicken, so don’t go there. The food is horrible.

This was terrible!!! The whopper with cheese was ok, aside from that awful. The onion rings are weak small and tasteless. The fries were blah. To top it off we ordered the churros as a desert, which were obviously deep fried in the same oil as the onion rings! Who doesn’t love a sweet desert with a hint of onion!! 🤢🤮
