Since the renovations to focus on mobile orders and self order kiosks, this has turned into the most chaotic fast food restaurant I’ve experienced. There’s no clear place to stand for mobile pickup, and the layout creates constant congestion and customer confusion. It genuinely feels like little thought was given to how customers actually move through the space.

I love burger king there whoppers slap! Normally 🤴 the last two times iv had a whopper here its not hitting they have no flavor there tomato slicing is terrible like a half of a tomato bad cut wild. Got these weak as fries🍟 today . I enjoy there the original fries thick an crispy with salt 🧂. I really hope yall just ran out of the original fries an these are backup 👎 no bueno.

Tonight was the most terrible night at a fast food take out, I have ever had.
It started with me trying to order my meals on the new selfserve kiosk. Which was a complete nightmare. Such a load of crap you just get what you want to order and it changes your order, to something else then after 15mins of frustration it finally accepts my order, the way I want it.
Time in was 15:49 pm or 3:49 in normal time. Then it was time to sit and wait. There were at the very least 10 customers a head of me my number was 18. 42 mins later my order came out by then there was maybe another 45 people plus numerous skips and door dash +,+ others waiting in line and grumbling plus a line up around the corner of cars in the drive thru at least 20+. No one was getting there orders I suggested to the young lady at the cash til to call the manager, she said she was busy. I could see about 10-15 different cook staff in the back. I just went to my seat and ate, my not so hot meal. As the orders were coming out very sporadic customers were losing their cools and all the drivers were bunched up by the til area wanting their deliveries. Then all of a sudden one of the drivers started bombarding questions at the young lady and the manager finally came out from the back and started yelling at all the drivers to go and sit down and wait until their orders were ready...... that's when all he'll broke loose and there was yelling g from the manager and from the drivers about 6-7 of the and many many customers by this time they were calling #30 and 33, no one responded I am guessing they had had enough and left.
I had had enough too.....
And proceeded to leave.
This lady manager finally just went back to the back and hide from all of her customers. This was the craziest WHOPPER WEDNESDAYS I have ever encountered.
THIS MANAGER SHOULD BE REPLACED IMMEDIATELY, AND I MEAN IMMEDIATELY.

I genuinely don’t even know where to start with how disappointing this Burger King experience was, but here we go. From the moment I walked in, it felt like customer service had taken a day off… or maybe permanently retired. The restaurant looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while tables were sticky, trash bins were overflowing, and the floor looked like it hadn’t met a mop since breakfast. Not exactly what you want to see when you’re about to eat.

The ordering process was painfully slow. Even though there were only a few customers ahead of me, it took forever to place my order. The staff seemed completely uninterested, barely acknowledging customers, and acted annoyed when anyone asked a simple question. When I finally got my food, it was clear no effort was put into it at all. The burger looked nothing like the pictures—sloppy, squished, and thrown together like it was a chore rather than a job. The bun was cold and stale, the patty was lukewarm, and the toppings were uneven, with way too much sauce in one bite and none in the next.

Fries were another letdown. They were either old or severely overcooked—dry, hard, and completely lacking flavor. I’m not exaggerating when I say they tasted like they’d been sitting out for hours. Even something as simple as fries couldn’t be done right. To make things worse, part of my order was missing, and when I went back to the counter to let them know, the response was slow and careless, as if fixing mistakes was an inconvenience.

For a place that markets itself as fast food, nothing about this experience was fast, friendly, or satisfying. Prices keep going up, yet the quality and service keep going down. If you’re paying that much, you at least expect warm food, a clean space, and basic courtesy—and this location delivered none of that. Overall, this was a frustrating, disappointing experience that left me wishing I’d gone literally anywhere else. Definitely won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone unless you enjoy wasting time and money.

Absolutely pathetic. When does your dining room close, when does your druve-thru close? IT IS NOT 24hours. Why do you bother having a phone, if you don't answer it? Why are you so disrespectful- your response to this, if any will be some copy pasted corporate BS. Disgusting, disrespectful, trash management.

I believe the entire province of Alberta is getting a heavy dose of mans will,. not gods , I got accused of pan.handling.buy a guy who doesn't like pan handlers because they do better him. Simplton...,.I am starving,.if it was gods will they would answer and perhaps hook me up. . I'm alonegot these hands and arms I got no problem eating their famous triple burger combo, I know this is a excellent location because. When they are busy .they handle it

I just ordered a Chicken Jr. sandwich, and it was incredibly tough to bite into, even difficult to cut with a knife. I tried calling the store multiple times but didn’t get an answer. It seems like the person who made the sandwich could use some additional training. This experience was disappointing.
