Just landed here in Canada from Japan and decided to try burger king here. Really one of the best fast food restaurants i’ve ever tried, not only the place is maintained but the food is totally fire and fresh! This is my first meal in a foreign country and so worth it!

We clearly asked for sesame buns and even called twice to confirm, yet you still got it wrong. One burger came with a Whopper bun and the other with a regular bun. This level of carelessness is unacceptable. On top of that, the patty wasn’t fresh at all.
Last time, we ordered nuggets and were given cheesy tots instead, so this is the second time you’ve messed up our order. This is beyond frustrating. We will not be ordering again. ❌. Also one more thing We actually talked to manager and she told us that they will make sure to make order appropriately yet they didn’t . How careless they worked .

Worst Burger King I ever been no sauce for the nuggets in said no tomato and they still put tomato in it I order two drink they’re forgot it everything terrible even the ice cream they only give me half of it except the nuggets everything is cold I hated here never comeback and by the way too many salt in the fires are you trying to poison me.

This place has gone down hill. Mess up orders. Garbage in dinner room. Bathrooms could use a tidy. Try to call and get our order fixed. They don’t answer. Their mail box is full.

Came by today for the Whopper Wednesday deal and got my order quick. The lady who served me was also pretty friendly, the burger was hot, and the fries were actually cooked perfect. Never stepped foot in here until today, but did hit thr drive-thru a few times over the years.
The restaurant could of been slightly cleaner but lots of sunlight and enjoyed my experience there for the most part.
Needs improvement in their quality and quantity.
