Fries were really badly over salted, also added an extra junior chicken without me noticing. But I was hungover and needed the greasy food.

there was a lady filipina manager that was so rude and disrespectful. i know the cashier where we take the order that thats why we are laughing while we are giving the order.. before we pay she cheched the orders first. making sure that the cashieris not cheating when punching the orders.. we can read her like a book.. that is not a good attitude towards us and to her co-worker. i dont know how she get to be a manager.

I ordered thru the BK app Country hills location. For an order later today at 3pm. For some reason I received an email notification that the order was placed and will be delivered on or before 12:08 noon, but I am still in the middle of ordering. I immediately called the store because I still have 44mins as per email before items will be delivered. The lady there said the driver is already in the store and she cannot do anything. I told her to let the driver know that I am cancelling the order which she replied " You will still be charged even if you cancel it". So I told her how come? She said she cannot do anything. Which is stupid. I have no food and still pay $$$. Is this the reality now? My BK app is now frozen with my orders showing in the cart. I called the door dash and the same thing they cannot do anything. I am left with no food and was charged with $$$ and now I have to call the credit company to dispute the charge and replace my card.

I just placed an order for dinner with my daughters and my complete order did not arrive... I was calling and trying to check the page. as
I communicated and no one answered... my daughter is sad. I had to order again and my charge now was double... I need a quick response and solution... since they will only refund me 1.99 dollars... a shame

I don’t think I have ever got a take out from this location that they have gotten right. Just got my uber delivery and it was wrong again. No one answers the phone when you call either. A bunch of lazy useless morons.

This local Burger King is always a pleasant experience. The restaurant is consistently clean, and the attention to detail, like the wall plug-ins, adds a nice touch to the overall atmosphere.

The staff here are amazing, efficient, and always willing to go the extra mile. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service in fast food, but this team really stands out.

The food is typical of what you'd expect from Burger King, but the cleanliness and service elevate the experience.

Highly recommend if you're craving a quick meal or to study in a well-maintained location!
