Since renovations: Service is now very slow and burger lukewarm at best. Dining room was better old School style. And the kitchen/ service layout is now so out out touch it slow them down so much.
I hope they will adapt to new inefficient layout or swap it back to where it was making sense.

As we have a large family, ordering for 7 people at a fast food restaurant is rarely easy. However, this trip proved to be the exception, our cashier Brenda was very helpful, making sure that we had everything that we ordered. Getting us to double check before we left to ensure that everything was there. Most fast food restaurants seem to be upset when we place a large order, but here we were thanked for our business, and actually felt appreciated as customers. Over all excellent customer service and decent food. Will definitely be back.
pretty good bk !! atmosphere was chill from my experience, well, except for the rowdy people that’s all… the food’s great ! had no issues with orders from previous months, and staff is very nice, especially a particular staff member (not naming who, just in case) !! she is very familar with what i will order since i usually come here often !! i also like renovation they did, very modern. >_<

Ordered very clearly at cashier just for the order to have 2 separate errors and there was no rush at all. I asked the ordered to be replaced which I had paid extra for the whopper bun and instead was handed the bun to do it myself. If I wanted to eat and make my own food I’d do it at home rather than paying extra just to do it myself. Save your money and time go elsewhere!

Ordered via the app to pick up an order at the drive thru. Arrived to find the drive thru closed. Had to get my kids out of the car and into the restaurant to get my order and the order took 10 minutes for them to complete.
The parking lot was filthy and unsafe, with pieces of broken mirror, glass and garbage everywhere. If I was rhe manager/owner of this location I would be pissed off at the contractor making such a huge mess in front of the restaurant.
Support for the BK app is absolute garbage too.

The orders were inefficient. There was only one employee working when I went. She was very visibly overworked but remained kind to customers. There should be more staff for assistance. Don’t overwork your employees.
Certainly has changed since I last went there 2 decades ago. Completely renovated, very clean and the service was alright.
I will say though I do miss the big playground/play area they had there a very long time ago.
It beat anything any other establishment had at the time by far.
