Burger King Complaint — Terrible Experience with Employee Named Branda
I genuinely cannot believe what I experienced at this Burger King today. I have been a regular customer of Burger King for years, but after what happened today, I don’t think I’ll ever step foot inside one again. I came in just wanting a normal meal — nothing complicated, nothing special — and was treated in the most disrespectful and careless way I’ve ever seen in any restaurant.
There was a woman working there named Branda, and from the moment I walked up to the counter, it was like she made up her mind not to help me. She didn’t even look at me properly, didn’t say hello, didn’t ask what I wanted. I stood there waiting for her to acknowledge me, and she just ignored me completely — like I wasn’t even there. When I politely asked if I could place an order, she rolled her eyes, sighed loudly, and walked away to talk to another employee instead of taking my order. I honestly couldn’t believe the level of rudeness and unprofessionalism.
I waited several more minutes thinking maybe she was just busy or having a bad day, but no — she flat-out refused to take my order. Other people came in after me and were served immediately, while I stood there like an idiot being completely ignored. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect by any fast-food worker in my life. It wasn’t just bad service — it was disgusting customer service.
Eventually, I just walked out without getting any food. I wasted my time, my energy, and my patience for absolutely nothing. And the worst part is that she didn’t even care. No apology, no attempt to help, no effort whatsoever. If this is the type of employee Burger King allows to represent their brand, it says a lot about how little they care about their customers.
I’m leaving this one-star review because I genuinely feel people deserve to know how terrible this location is being managed. The staff — especially Branda — need serious retraining, or maybe they just shouldn’t be working in customer service at all. I hope management takes this seriously, because if this is what Burger King service has become, I’ll be spending my money somewhere else from now on. Absolutely unacceptable experience.

They messed up my order twice then still forgot the fries at the window even though i paid for them. I realized when i got home. The workers were busy giggling with each other maybe if you stop doing tom foolery at work and actually do something productive and not make people pay for stuff to just not put it in the bag. Its already hard as it is.

Absolutely disappointed that there are no baby change tables in this FAMILY establishment. I apologize to the other diners who had to witness/smell my daughter’s poopy diaper change at our table, because neither men’s or women’s bathrooms had a spot to change an infant.
Ordered my usual whopper with cheese, but haven't been to crowfoot in 6 months. Don't get me wrong BK is my go to, but this had to be the most disgusting burger I have ever had, didn't even taste like meat. So disappointed and not going back. Like it was really bad. I Think burger king needs to fire there manager and get someone who can make that place good again

My wife and I were just here earlier this evening (order #77) and it was absolutely horrible. 😡 We ordered a chicken sandwich, Big Fish burger and onion rings, as well as a medium pop and a milk. Literally all of the food was cold; they forgot the tomato on my Big Fish and had to take it back to fix it before we left the counter (which ultimately just made it even colder by the time we got to our table); there was far too much mayo on my wife’s chicken sandwich, and they gave us two pop cups despite me ordering a milk. 🙄 Utter incompetence that was even more ridiculous considering that the restaurant was virtually empty with only two people sitting at tables. It was clear that everyone behind the counter truly couldn’t have cared any less about doing their job well, and providing customers with a pleasant experience and a fresh meal. Due to where the BK’s are in the city, we rarely go, so we were looking forward to dinner, however, it really was terrible. We’ll never be back at the Burger King in Crowfoot.

We visited this branch today and I would like to say thank you to Charlon, I'm not sure if its the correct name, he is hard working and very kind, the restaurant and the toilets were very clean and he was doing his best in cleaning up the place. I am giving 5 stars specially for Charlon
