Overall decent. We ordered burgers with fries and a chicken ceasar. My burger was supposed to be filled with three cheeses but the patties were like the thick patties found in the frozen box section of a grocery store - not even the Costco sirloin roll of patties. The fries were coated and salty, the food was served hot. The waitress was nice and place was clean.

Normally the food here is hit or miss. Burgers are ok, fish tacos are good also. Adding either chicken or shrimp to the stir-fry is rubber so just don't. But found a winner recently, the butter chicken. So good! Staff has changed lately but all still nice.

Let’s just say Burger Theory has a different “theory” on burgers than most. “Three cheese Louise “ their description is in the photos. Does this burger look stuffed to you? The burger was not even edible. Thr chicken wings were cold. The staff was extremely rude and not accommodating at all. DO NOT RECOMMEND

My wife and I went to the Burger Theory on a date. I ordered the lonestar burger. The burgers are terrible, it’s a frozen patty. Theirs no flavour to it. For a restraint that prides them selves around burgers they aren’t doing a very good job at it. I’d get a better burger from A&W at a better price. I will say the fry’s aren’t bad but they’re not made in house so it’s pretty hard to screw that up. The service was great though. I think that’s about the only thing this place had going for it. Mind you their was only our table and another one in their. Don’t waste your time here. Not worth it.

Closed except for room service from 6pm to was it 9 30pm only. I understand that. What I dont understand is the automatic 20% tip added to the bill. $3 for room delivery or pick it up, fine. You lost my business and probably countless more with your greedy self serving no choice tip option.

The food was amazing, burger was very tasty and portion of food very large. Chicken fingers were hand dipped white chicken breast very moist. Fries were crispy and perfectly cooked. Our server Pavneet Kavr was very friendly, had wonderful suggestions, very attentive to our needs. Her suggestions of what to try next will ensure we return. Her suggestion of Warm brownie sundae for dessert finished the meal off. Thank you Pavneet we will be back.

This is a restaurant within the hotel. The volume was commensurate with the price and I felt like I was getting a good deal. Therefore, it may be a lot if each person orders one item. The staff's response was also perfect.
