I wouldn't waste your time ... the waitress was great . But the food wasnt worth the price . We got the stuff burger, but it looked like a frozen fake burger .. texture was off and water probably due to the cheese inside the burger, and bacon was inside the burger too, so it wasn't crispy .. flavor was okay. Gravy was gross, and fries were decent . For the price, I would say don't bother with this place, but you get two free kids meal with an adult meal ...the kids had chicken fingers, and they were decent.. batter was bland,but still good .they only had sweet chili ( spicy ). Or honey mustered for dipping suace, and most kids won't eat those ..

I loved their chicken wrap. It was very good.I stayed at Holiday Inn for some hours due to an overlay on my flight by Westjet , so i had the opportunity to eat at Burger Theory, and i loved the order i made except for the salad ? i got. It was too dry and tastless , sorry, but i had to throw it away cause i was just not feeling it.Breakfast was great. They have a lot of options to pick from, and its 15$ per head, so just eat as mauch us you can.

There isn't enough space on the internet to write down how terrible the whole experience was at this restaurant. Service was slow and unorganized. Appetizers were cold. Waited almost an hour for our burgers and they were processed frozen patties. McDonald's makes a better meal with better service for a quarter of the price

My Mom is a Celiac and unfortunately these burgers are not gluten free. Yet they serve gluten free buns?? Nope, can’t have the chicken either because they have a breaded coating on them. What about nachos? Sorry, they use the same beef and chicken for that too. Very disappointing for her. Also, over half of the so called feature beers on the menu, they were out of.

Everyone ignored me when I tried to sit down. Nobody said hi or offered to seat me just stood there for 15min while waitresses walked past me. Tried to get their attention but nobody bothered to acknowledge me. Tried ordering from my room and the ph just rings. Terrible service!
