I’m always on the hunt for soy raw marinated crab as it is not commonly sold in Korean restaurants and thoroughly enjoyed it here. BUSAN’s portions for the price are extremely generous and delicious. You cannot beat $48.99 CAD for 2 people, especially for the taste. I’ve had 1 (small) crab in Las Vegas for $82 CAD and the taste was salty, bland and underwhelming. Probably the worst I’ve ever had. BUSAN’s soy marinated crab is on par with Odarjip in Myeongdong, Seoul, KR. The crab was perfectly balanced in sweetness, savoriness, and spiciness and I honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better. I wish I lived in Calgary so I can eat this here more often — but if you’re on the fence with trying soy raw marinated crab or looking to get your fix, give BUSAN a chance!
