I took baklava in the offer $ 22.9, it was very bad taste it's like smell of fried oil . Instead of using butter or pure ghee it's mostly oil . Which gives bad 😞 taste if you store it few days . Even though I store in the fridge

best shawarma that taste like my mom's and falafel that taste like my mom's Unfortunately I lost everything had to leave Calgary and move back to Windsor Ontario My dad lived out here. My mom passed out there. My dad passed out here just after he helped me move back because I lost everything in calgary

Walked in, said hello, woman didn't even acknowledge our presence. There were a bunch of flies so we didn't even bother to look after that. Huge red flag so I thought I'd go back to my car and look up their health inspection records and I'm glad I did. They have health violations as recent as July 11th, and some of these violations are listed as critical. As someone familiar with health codes, a critical violation is one where a serious infraction that poses an immediate and significant threat to public health, often involving food safety or sanitation. These violations require prompt corrective action, and failure to address them can lead to immediate closure of the facility. They had critical violations in June, as well as July during a follow up inspection regarding their first violations. To say I was disappointed is an understatement! After my non existent customer service combined with reading their health code violations, I'll never return here.

Byblos Commercial Bakery has an incredible variety of baked goods, there’s so much to choose from! The display cases were packed with unique items, many of which I wasn’t familiar with, but everything looked delicious. It would’ve been helpful to have a few more labels or descriptions, but the staff were friendly and happy to answer questions. I'm very familiar with all the pitas since I buy them at my local grocery store. If you're feeling adventurous and want to try something new, it's definitely worth a visit!

We came to collect our order, no greetings, staff did not even pay attention and staff were gossiping between them. When we said we are ready, the attitude of the staff was extremely unpleasant. We wanted to buy more, but just had to leave because of the way we were treated.

VERY old food and VERY poor service. I bought some meat pies and realized they were very dry and old and tasted off when I tried them in my car. When I tried to return immediately I was told these were day old. I was not informed when I bought these, and I make meat pies too, they were far older. Also, the baklava on the shelves was packaged in JUNE (5 months ago) I was not offered a refund only an exchange which I finally took as there was someone else needing to return old food at the same time. Don’t buy anything other than their baklava.
