We came to collect our order, no greetings, staff did not even pay attention and staff were gossiping between them. When we said we are ready, the attitude of the staff was extremely unpleasant. We wanted to buy more, but just had to leave because of the way we were treated.

The knafa that we bought yesterday had a very weird smell and the taste was awful. Very disappointing. I don’t think Byblos is going to be my first choice for knafa anymore.

VERY old food and VERY poor service. I bought some meat pies and realized they were very dry and old and tasted off when I tried them in my car. When I tried to return immediately I was told these were day old. I was not informed when I bought these, and I make meat pies too, they were far older. Also, the baklava on the shelves was packaged in JUNE (5 months ago) I was not offered a refund only an exchange which I finally took as there was someone else needing to return old food at the same time. Don’t buy anything other than their baklava.

Our friends had bought us a pack Baklava, when we tasted it, it was really hard and old. We came to the location to exchange it but the Philippino lady wouldn’t return it because the expiry sticker isn’t from their store …. She was arguing with me for no reason. But its ok, Will just buy from somewhere else. Bad service

Falafel is crispy and delicious with wonderful toppings.
I come once or twice a week because it’s that delicious. Diamond in the rough worth visiting.
Large falafel is $8.50 and a full meal for a 24 year old man.
