Poutine by definition is fries, gravy and cheese curds. I ordered poutine today and there were no curds. Just mozzarella. That's not canadian Poutine!
I also went here on a sifferent occasion, and ordered a chili dog... the chili is nasty!!!! I warned my sons friend not to order it based on my past experience, he did anyway. He threw it in the trash! Teenagers eat everything!

A hidden treasure that offers the best classic burger and fries in the city. The restaurant is family-owned and operated; where they ensure that all customers leave with their hearts and tummies full. Food is delicious and service is amazing! Definitely recommending this place to anyone who loves an old-school classic drive-inn.

I have been enjoying C.B. Drive Inn for over 40 years. It's owned by a wonderful family and is truly something for Calgarians to be proud of. They still have their incredible fries, deep-fried mushrooms, pogo sticks, and great burgers all enjoyed with the original atmosphere. Little tweaks have only made it better than ever. A must visit!
Parking: Lots of parking. Eat at a table or eat in your car! So fun.

It's one of Calgary's iconic places. Burgers are simple and classic. With cheese or without and how many patties you have is it. I personally like the classic Burger, which has a thousand island dressing like sauce, making it more of lighter with tangy taste. If you're into heavier flavors, mushroom swiss burgers were nice as well. My son, who doesn't normally eat much vegetables, likes this. As for the fries... well, I don't know what kind of magic powder they have. It's very addictive. Overall, I love the bbq sauce on the burgers and out of this world fries. If you like fancy burgers, this joint is not going to be your cup of tea. If like good old fashioned burgers and fries, you would enjoy it. ?
