Cactus club is one of our favorites for eating out and it is always a pleasant experience at all the calgary locations. However today's dine in experience was exceptional at this location thanks to our server Faith. She was super friendly and efficient at the same time, and made it such a pleasant experience. Even though it was crazy busy on Friday evening in December, we really enjoyed our meal and drinks and the wonderful service. Thank you Faith ! From Priyanka Ganguli.

I’m a fan of this Cactus Club but their wait list system gathers your info and then subscribes you to emails. When I visited this week, they knew my name as soon as I provided them with my cell number. Worse yet, I received an email after our visit with no option to unsubscribe (photos attached). A good dining experience marred by customer info overreach.

The food was not worth it. The content it claims to have like a teriyaki chicken rice bowl had everything but chicken and rice. The drinks were good though.

We made an order for our workplace. Food was stale and portions were small. Disappointing since we always order from here with no issues. Spoke to Isabelle and she gave us an email to send photos. Email was incorrect so we called again for the email and it was also incorrect. Not sure if they they think this is a joke but that is very unprofessional. When a company is placing a big order food should exceed our expectations but looks like it was rushed and no one cared to help when we called. She also tried to blame the issue on being take out which is dumb because we picked up on time and work only a few minutes from the restaurant. Maybe take accountability instead of blaming the customers.

I come here a lot. I mean a LOT. The food is great and the bellini will always be my favorite drink. This visit my daughter and I had Grace as our server. Amazing person, we loved her energy and humour. See you again soon Grace!

We came to calgary to celebrate my daughter's, 16th bday. Amazing staff and food. They gave my daughter a piece of cheesecake for her bday. Can't say enough great things about this place. Definitely will be back.

We love Lisney and she is the reason we come back! The service and the food is always great. Linsey is the most tenative and genuine waitress we ve ever had she is so very bubbly and possitive. Lindsey really cares about the people she is serving and the quality of her service she is giving. We always ask for her section. We look forward to our friday nights with Cactus club and Linsday.The food has always been exceptional.Cactus Club knew what they were doing when they hired Lindsey she sets a possitive vibe to this resteraunt and because of that we come back.

Myself and my wife went for dinner, the restaurant was pretty much full on a Wednesday night. Service was excellent, food was also excellent. Because it was so busy there wasn't any parking in the restaurant lot, so we parked in the lot to the north. Really disappointed when we came out and had an $84 parking ticket for parking in that lot. There was probably 10-15 vehicles in the lot that had tickets. The no parking sign is very easily missed at night. Recommend DO NOT PARK THERE.

The food was great! I had the bacon cheeseburger and truffle fries. My server, Brooklyn, was amazing! Checked up on me during the right times and got me a free desert for my birthday!! Will definitely be coming back!
