I frequently go to the location downtown when I visit from Red Deer. This time I was taking engagement photos at Confederation park and wanted dinner afterwards. We forgot to make a reservation but the staff found us a spot with minimal wait time and it was nice to have parking. Isra immediately complimented my Fiancées dress and ring and went to speak to the manager. She was so kind, helpful and energetic. We both had an amazing meal and ordered dessert. I was so surprised to see that our dessert was included when I got the bill. We had an amazing experience thank you Isra and the manager Kristine!

Rebbeca was my server at the bar and she gives outstanding service! She remembered my face even after many months of not being there, and has always made sure i was satisfied and happy with my food! Overall the restaurant is an amazing place and have never left unhappy. Even my Dad loves this place and this restaurant holds many memories with my graduation party, work meet ups, and days when im feeling tired from work. I love this place

Extremely disappointed in the food/service, overall whole experience at Cactus today. They made me wait over 55 minutes just to give food that was cold and overall just not good would have rather got fast food if I knew this is is how it was gonna be. They put a stick threw the lid of the container for the burger, put soy sauce packets inside the sushi, and made a mess of all the food that I payed to get.They where just trying to ruin my food on purpose so I no longer will ever return to any cactus location, nor support them in any way. And there honestly no point there was so many restaurants and better options in the same area I really regret the time I wasted today. Extremely disappointed to say the least. Food and drinks were great, as always. I ordered steak and shrimp - Creole style this time and surely did not disappoint . It was perfectly cooked with a nice kick of spicyness. Also the best Sangria I've ever had. Next time we will request an extra scoop of the vanilla ice cream to the Lava cake. Zack was fantastic, very cheerful and you can tell he likes what he's doing with the fun character he adds with his service! Thank you!Parking: Sufficient parking space
