Went for lunch to the Cactus Club with our daughter for her 25th birthday. We had lunch, arriving at 11:45am when the restaurant was about 1/2 full. Once we finished our meal, which was a $180 lunch, an employee came over to tell us we had to move and finish our drinks at the bar because they needed the table. This was at 1:00 pm, it’s not like we were holding the table for hours, even with several other tables around us that had been there prior to our arrival and were still seated when we were asked to move.The waitress was nice, the food was good and the atmosphere was enjoyable, the complaint would lie with the restaurant management. There were enough tables for us to have been seated from the beginning at a different table, or the reservation to be seated at a different table when they arrived.I have always enjoyed the cactus club but will no longer have this restaurant on my shortlist.Be weary if you choose to spend your money here, as you may be asked to leave your table before you’re finished.

Do not support this location. I am a previous employee of this restaurant, I can tell you that there are much better places to eat. First of all I would like to start off with the cleanliness of the facility. During my 1.5 years employment here we have had the roof cave in twice, revealing black mold. Water damage has caused extensive damage to the roofs and wiring. The floors and so dirty that you get your shoes absolutely caked in grime, grease, and food debris. I was a sautee cook, the amount of times I had to throw away prawns that were stored too hot, raviolis that were handled just awful, and fresh cuts of food in general was just disgusting. The management team is abusive, condescending, and very profit oriented. They cut hours so aggressively that the entire staff struggles with unrealistic workloads and very little pay. THERE ARE CHEMICALS IN THE WATER!!! Don’t drink the water here, all of the water flows through the mop sink where chemicals are dispensed. The place gets so dirty that there have been multiple times Mice and rodents have had to be removed from the kitchen. The business is being reported to OHS, AHS, EMPLOYMENT STANDARDS. They have turned over most of the kitchen staff since this review.

I would love to say that I love the service here and that the manager Mariah is very sweet and understanding and professional towards the customers and that if I could give her 100 ⭐️ instead of 5 I would because she really deserves it thank you for everything Mariah and I’d also love to say that our server Olivia is such a sweetheart and very good with the services she provides towards her customers and explains everything with detail which I love thank you Olivia if I could give you 100 ⭐️ instead of 5 I would cause you deserve it as well. ❤️

My mom and I ordered pickup from here tonight. When we went to eat, we realized that they had given me chicken lettuce wraps instead of tofu. I’m vegetarian and am a huge fan of the cactus club tofu so I was super disappointed. We called cactus club and they more than made it up to us. An employee delivered the right dish to my house even though it’s a 15 minute drive away. I wish I had gotten his name now to thank him as he more than rectified the mistake. Made me an even bigger fan of cactus club!

Went out for a girls night and had such a great time.
After living in BC and Alberta and visiting maaany Cactus Clubs, I can honestly say this is by far the worse Cactus Club we've been to. Food is the same as any other Cactus, service as well. But the place looks awful. It's way too small for the amount of people they try to fit. The noise makes it impossible to have a decent conversation. And they have put 0 effort in making it look like the others. It looks like a run down diner. If you're looking for a nice place to have good food, visit another Cactus!!

Had a lovely experience at the Cactus Club. It was our first time dining at a Cactus Club and we will certainly be back. Had a great brunette server who was training she was very sweet. Came during Happy hour and was highly impressed. Straws have a weird texture which minuses half a star and meat cook was slightly off so that minuses another half. Wish I could bathe in the avocado dip and truffle aioli. Highly recommend truffle fries and avo dip and maybe pair it with a peach liniowski ambiance slayed with the low light super pretty and cutie inside but the buffalo painting needs to go. why is it lit up? PLEASE CHANGE YOUR STRAWS. Maybe add a slip and slide or a ball pit to spice things up

The food was good, I had the Chicken Fajita, full breast, tasty, and more than enough for 1 person. If you shared the fajita an appi that would be plenty of food for two people. As for the service side of the establishment, our server was not great. Atmosphere, same as it was 10 years ago, it need a face lift. Carpets are worn and dated. I like to be truthful about my experiences in hopes the establishments I visit can recognize where they are lacking, so they can mKe improvement.
