I had a sirloin steak. Its not very often im willing to pay that price for a steak. But it ca e out perfectly cooked and delicious. The service was great and the server was friendly and attentive. I look forward to my next visit.

Terrible server experience. I have come to cactus multiple times without complaint, but yesterday’s experience was absolutely terrible. Caitlin, our server was extremely rude and passive aggressive. We asked for a straw for our drinks, and were given attitude. We asked for drink refills, and were given attitude. We asked for the bill, and were given attitude. Anytime we asked her to repeat herself, we were given attitude.

I went yesterday with two guests. All was good. But I ordered crunchy tofu bowl with rice, lettuce, mango avocado…. I forget the name of the dish. I am vegetarian. But when I was eating I smelled something like fish oil. Too much rice but rest of the items were insufficient. Somehow I didn’t complain. I ate the full food. But didn’t like it at all. Didn’t eat anything after that. Later at night I had to throw up and my stomach was very upset. I don’t think I will ever go back or take anyone there or even recommend anyone to go there. The lady served us good no doubt.

I have been to this restaurant several times before and have always had a good experience. The food is consistently enjoyable, and the atmosphere is usually welcoming and pleasant, which is why I chose to come back. However, during my most recent visit, when I went with a group to celebrate my friend’s birthday, the experience was not as positive. Our waitress came across as rude and unprofessional, which took away from what should have been a fun and special evening. It was disappointing because I have always enjoyed this restaurant, and I was hoping for the same experience this time as well.

The cactus club cafe I really enjoy going here for the drinks. Most of the time when I review a restaurant I like to go there a few times to see if the food is consistently good. I've been to the Northeast location the steak was bad. The drinks there were really good though. At the crofoot location not long ago I had some calamari and it was like cardboard, and we had the chicken with pickles that was overcooked as well. I'll be back for drinks...... Great happy hour.

I have been here many times before as I work in the vicinity and have always had a great experience.
A few friends and I came here this evening for dinner - a bittersweet experience before our best friend starts chemo next week.
Our server Rhiannon was absolutely incredible and we were so touched by her compassion and her excellent service. She really made the evening extra special and is an excellent employee. I hope she sees this and gets recognition for her professionalism, exceptional customer service, and her kindness.
I had the most amazing experience at Cactus Club this evening! My girlfriends took me here as a last hurrah before I start Chemotherapy. Our waitress Rhiannon was absolutely AMAZING! She was so funny and personable. I honestly feel like my soul called for her or something because she was absolutely what I needed in that moment. Thank you so much for your kindness and your beautiful spirit. The food was amazing and I loved the ambiance of sitting in the patio. Mega props, Cactus Club!

My husband and I decided to try Cactus Club for the first time on our date night. Caitlin Bo was our amazing server! She helped me decide what to order as there were many dishes to choose from. The food was delicious. The service was even better. The only downside was that I felt the tables were a little too close together but it was so busy that more space between tables would mean less tables and a longer wait to be seated. I suggest making a reservation. We went on a Tuesday and were surprised at how busy it was. Highly recommend this location for the great quality in service and food! Thank you Caitlin for a great dining experience. We hope to see you again soon.
