I was there in "happy hour". No waiting to get a table. Service was quick and well done. Was able to have a conversation with my quiet partner although there were plenty of people talking near us. The teriyaki rice bowl was perfect for me. I'll be back.

Amazing food and awesome service. Would definitely be back and will definitely recommend to friends and family, specifically to this location
What was quite impressive is that everytime there was a mistake, the waitress proactively fixed the mistake without quibbling and didn't even have to ask the manager.We ordered hot wings, but salt and pepper wings came out so the waitress just let us have the salt and pepper wings for free and rush ordered the hot wings. Great way to solve the problem for three hungry men.When the coffees came out cold, she rushed and got us piping hot coffees right away.She was quite attentive even though she was clearly busy because the whole restaurant was full on a Friday night.One Suggestion for the team - when serving wings to your customers as an appetizer, please bring extra napkins other than the ones that are on the table when arriving because hot wings are messy.The Tuna Stack appetizer is delicious. It is the same as Joey's.The Lemongrass Noodle Salad was quite delicious too.Parking: Even though it was a Friday night there seemed to be enough parking for both The Keg and Cactus Club.

Enjoyed our family dinner at Cactus Club in Crowfoot. The food is incredible something for everyone ( but no kids menu ) and quick service. My hubby and I went there around Christmas and it was also an amazing experience. Definitely recommend!

I sooooo want to give the Cactus Club Crowfoot all 5 stars but .. we went to out for dinner yesterday. Our drinks were great, the appy was delicious .. then our main meal came. My husbands steak was not cooked correctly; he asked for medium but it was rare and bloody. They offered to cook it some more but by the time it would have returned to him he felt like we would have all been done our meals, so he just picked on our food. Afterwards Hannah told us she would cover our meal for us. This was very unexpected and kind of her. This wasn't her fault at all, she was a wonderful server very attentive, friendly and kind. We felt so bad that she was covering the order which she did not have to do at all. We tired so hard to pay for a portion of the meal that we had eaten but she was not having it ... Hannah and the manager were super amazing and because of this we will be returning in order to pay them back (hubby just won't order the steak). Thank you so much Hannah for the wonderful service!!!

The staff at this location have been a constant disappointment. Came with a friend to get some dinner and catch up, had Taylor servicing us. She had a constant bad attitude and seemed like she was upset to be servicing our table. It felt as though she was being forced to be even remotely cordial, which she was barely doing. She seemed to be very upset that we werent ordering our food right away after drinks. She honestly ruined our dinner with her attitude, especially in comparison with other waiters that seemed much more bubbly and kind. She gave us our bill and then left us for about 15 minutes while walking around, talking to the bartender and having conversations with other tables. She then came and asked if we needed a machine after she came back? Which is usually a standard for paying these days. The girls at the front also had unprofessional attitudes, they gave weird glances and it was very obvious they were talking about others. Not warm or friendly whatsoever. The service at this location deters me from coming here again.
