It was the first time to try Coctus Club outside Vancouver and it was as good as always. Good food, great service and nice ambiance.

Who ever is the owner of this place really needs to reconsider their decisions in hiring these servers and hostess. No greeting or hellos just side-eyes as you try to wait for a table. My server charge me a happy hour when I ask for ice tea she proceeds to give me another one when I mention i didn't order one she ignores me? I didn't know that was her excuse to charge me more so it can go for the same cost as happy hour drink? continues to flip the receipt downwards that way she can hide the fact she charge me. That is really unethical.

Can’t believe I’m saying this, but this was the absolute worst service I’ve have had at this location or any cactus I’ve ever been to in years! I made a reservation on the website for 12:45am, for some late night bites and a drink with a friend. When we got seated, the server said right away, we have a few mins to order for last call. I wasn’t aware that a restaurant will allow someone to make a reservation 15 minutes before they close. From there on, we got our orders in quickly, and got the drinks and food, excellent as always. As we were conversing, the server just comes by and drops off the bill on the table, without saying a word. No, “ Sorry to interrupt, but can I bring out the bill?”, or anything of that sort. It seems like from the moment we got there, the staff didn’t want us there and showed that in the service we received. I’ve been to this location countless times, and I’ve always had an amazing experience, so this is disappointing to write about.

Was told the wait will be 1-2 hours which is already crazy long for only 2 people to be seated either in the lounge or the dining room but after hanging around for 3 hours I contacted them and they told me they easily need another 45 min .. 3.45 hrs for a seat is crazy as is I understand they we’re busy but when I called and mentioned it’s already been 3 hrs they mentioned it’s another 45 min with no apology
or remorse

Kira was amazing. We are new to Calgary and she was a great introduction to this city. She was very friendly, pateint, and helpful (even gave us some tips on our new neighborhood). Great service!

We went here on a Tuesday (2pm) and the restaurant/lounge were full. Happy Hour specials were in effect and Cactus Club has an amazing assortment of food and drink to choose from. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive especially with how busy she was.
We had the Szechuan (chicken) lettuce wraps to start - always a must have at Cactus. Mains ordered were the Salmon Aburi Sushi, Prawn Crunch Sushi and the Cheddar Bacon Burger. All mains were fresh and tasted outstanding.
Would highly recommend this restaurant if you’re in the downtown area and want great food and service at a reasonable price.

I had a wonderful experience at Cactus Club. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Ms. Rogers, one of the managers, warmly greeted us and helped us find a perfect seat. My dinner was prepared exactly as ordered—fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The drinks were fantastic and complemented the meal perfectly.

My guest and I truly enjoyed our evening, thanks to the great atmosphere, attentive staff, and delicious food. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for an outstanding dining experience!

Food doesn't worth the price listed. I ordered Creole Chicken and Creme Burlee as my main and dessert, they're just at standard. I was expecting the side with Asparagus, but it came with broccoli, its so hard to bite. I can't find them special as worth like they cost. If I pay the same price at other restaurant. I can have various different kind of food in a meal. This is the first time I came and think it might also be my last time to visit.
