"Service" was an absolute joke. Of 4 separate issues that we called about 1 took 1 call, 2 took 2+ calls over hours to get fixed (toilet and TV) and 1 took 2 calls and was never fixed. On top of that the "hot tub" was barely warm with only 2 working jets and our room was not cleaned once in the 3 nights we were there. Prior to our arrival I messaged to get check in/out times and never got an answer. It is not on the site anywhere that we could find. On a good note the bed was comfortable and the restaurant was great.

We checkin our room smell like cigarettes so bad,
No coffee stations and my truck windows and windshield were smash, the security didn’t do anything but tell to call the cops, I ask if I can see the camera footage they said no and the security wouldn’t return my calls.

The poor waitress. One single woman serving 10+ tables, she did a great job though. Food was so terrible. Wont be back.

Diane & Sandy, who served us, were so welcoming and the most fun... they really made our evening out feel special! We enjoyed them immensely and look forward to seeing their friendly faces again on our next Deerfoot Inn staycation! Thank you, ladies!

Service is slowww. ordered a ginger Ale and waited for 20 Mins before I got it, didn’t bother ordering food.The renovations did not improve things in their ‘lounge’ .Chairs are too big for the tables and extremely wobbly and feel a bit unsafe. Not enough seats for groups.
Perseverance
A hidden gem located inside the Deerfoot Hotel and Casino. Overshadowed by the many other choices, we enjoy the quiet break in the Lounge. The full menu of the Mojave Grill is available in the Lounge. Including the daily specials, ie Prime Rib on Friday and Saturday evenings. Great deal! Good wine list, love the Malbec they carry. Diane is fabulous and we try and make sure to go to the Lounge on her nights ?
