We live in the neighborhood and come here often. The quality of service has plummeted as of late. Two times in the last 6 weeks they have dropped our order; watching other customers that arrived after us get their food while we wait. When we asked the till, no one gives us a straight answer and when we complain we are treated like we are unreasonable or not justified. Just own the mistake, say sorry, and try to accommodate. Anyways, hate to give the crappy review but this establishment clearly needs to optimize their till-kitchen workflow.

Hopefully we're a one-off, but our experience was very poor. The orders were incorrect (despite double checking at the till), the burger meat tasted rancid, and the turkey was wet and mushy. It was a very expensive experience as well left without being able to eat anything due to taste and texture. The restaurant itself is cozy, but was very warm.

Wow this place is a hidden gem , I went there for the first time today and had coffee and breakfast and I can say without a doubt that was the nicest breakfast I have had in a long time. I will be back for sure. parking is easy and the staff and food are amazing. I went again today first thing Sunday May 4th had my favourite Bison burger and coffee as always great food and the coffee is very good. always a busy place which speaks volumes in its self. see you next time.

I used to frequent this place for coffee and breakfast. It's gone down hill recently. The counter service is borderline rude sometimes, prices are high, food is average. Interior is dated and worn. Washrooms are a disaster. Coffee is great, however avoid cadence - go to light cellar down the street instead for some new tastes.

“The Mini is 8$ for a breakfast sandwich. I got mine w sausage which is, apparently, a single breakfast sausage cut in half. The coffee was super weak, and frankly didn’t taste very good. Service was indifferent at best.

I sat in the back and heard my order called up by the cooks but it took another 20 minutes to get my food and it was lukewarm. Aging restaurant. Cold and rotting windows in the back. I won’t be going back.
