I've visited this place a few times, and each visit has been nothing short of excellent. The quality of their lattes is consistently impressive—smooth, rich, and crafted to perfection. We would give zero stars for the service, particularly from Vadim, who was in charge of the cashier during our visit. He served us a beef pie instead of the chicken we ordered. When we pointed this out, he insisted that we had ordered beef without double-checking and claimed that the prices for chicken and beef were the same. This raises concerns: what if a customer has a special diet, like a Muslim who doesn’t eat pork, or someone with a medical condition that prevents them from eating beef? Should they simply accept the wrong dish because the prices are the same?
Additionally, when we requested a receipt, he claimed they had run out of paper but then suddenly produced one. Based on the photo I uploaded, the receipt clearly shows we ordered chicken, not beef. Furthermore, the pie, coffee, and hot chocolate we received were not hot.

Such a wonderful place to relax and spend time. Went here and staff super amazing specially Justin who took care of my order nicely and smooth. Definitely coming back as being new in this neighbourhood. The sandwich was so fresh and well toasted, coffee was super delicious and can taste the extra shot of espresso. The banana loaf was amazing and great if it’s warmed up or no still good!! If I can give more than 5 stars could be amazing.

Overpriced food and the owner claims to care about guests but the second they have a negative experience, he makes it out to be their fault. Andy is a very childish business owner, as well as an incompetent boss to his employees. The way he treats his employees is appalling. I do not suggest going to this Cafe.

I really like this cafe. I went here with a friend and the cafe was really cute. The decor was really cute and comfy. It's a really nice place to go on coffee dates if that's your thing. ? My late was tasty and very nice. Customer service was quick, fast, and friendly.

I would not recommend the cafe because of the not friendly barista at all, I don't know her name but she doesn't smile at all, she has an evil look, she has a short haircut if it matters to let people know who will definitely not serve you pleasantly. This service ruined the mood for me and my friends.
