Food taste good but portions are shrinking (noticed from Feb 2023 to March 2023). Toubleh plate seemed to be cut 1/2 of the portion, same applies to the baba ghanouj Profit margin is too high. This place is becoming stingy!Vegetarian options: Vegan

Cafe Med is an over the top amazing experience. 17th Avenue can be outrageously popular on a Friday evening, so it was refreshing to not have to stand in line, wait for service, and yell across the table to your date over dinner. Furthermore, it's not always necessary to have libations. Ahmed, our server, was so helpful and very engaging in conversation. Fortunate for me, they were doing the menu photoshoot so check out the display of food!

It’s been a while we went for Shisha and this was the place I will keep on going. The vibe of this place was best, good music, good food, they can do better in service. May be we went on busy time.But over all best place for having some nice drinks(non alcoholic), good shisha and awesome time with your friends and family.Thank you ??

We celebrated our New Years Eve at the Cafe and I would say that it felt like a as if we are a large group parting together.Food was awesome. Service was absolutely fantastic and they all made us feel comfortable.We are definitely going to recommend this place to everyone.
Edit,The last time I gave this place one star, but right now I like to say that the Shisha is much better and the service was perfect.The Staff were friendly and nice especially Ivan ?

I didn't even have any food but the way I was treated was disgusting. I called the restaurant around in the afternoon to ask about the menu & then again in the evening around 6 pm, to ask about reserving a table. The afternoon person was very helpful, to tell me about the Food Menu + Sheesha Flavours. The evening person who answered my phone was lost in space. His information was inaccurate & he had no customer service skills. Lastly, when I arrived at the restaurant, the 2 servers who assisted me were also very unhelpful. I told them that I'm celebrating my 1st wedding anniversary with my wife & i called an hour ago & the person on the phone told me that it's not busy at all but that was not the case, when i walked in the restaurant. It was a full house. Anyways, those 2 servers didn't try to accommodate us in a quiet area away from the groups, to make things more dramatic, they seated us in a congested area with the tables on both sides less than a feet away. Since there was no privacy, no ambiance & definitely no sense of customer service, my wife & I thought, we can leave so we don't have any more surprises from the menu. I also would like to say that "the no reservation policy is the stupidest thing I have heard of". I would never come back to this restaurant!
