A nice upscale coffee shop. Pretty busy, so sometimes can be a wait for non-drip coffees.Still open and full seating despite all the construction in the Watermark.

The front order taker can improve her reception when treating customers ! And who died that Artigiano thinks they serve a good quality coffee ? (expensive too) Not many good chain coffee shops are left in CowTown. Artigiano needs to go back to Vancouver ! Please fix the tables legs you cheapos so the coffee doesn't spill when people are sitting at the table.

Good coffee, convenient location with quite a bit of seating.Difficult to access from the street right now with all the construction going on in the building.
