Additionally, the service was slow and inattentive, leaving much to be desired. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations, and I left disappointed with a bitter taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively.

In this day and age, it’s rather frustrating when you run into an establishment that doesn’t let you pay by credit card. We were really looking forward to having the hot chocolate drinks on a freezing day like this, but oh well ??♂️
