I love visiting the Cafe whenever we are in the city at Holt Renfrew. The Cafe Dolce Latte is an absolute favorite and cannot resist getting it when I'm here.

Rudely spoken to by a guy working there who took slight to us having our own chocolate while I was having a single espresso. Told briskly to "place it out of sight' I was completely embarrassed by this encounter as my sister and were enjoying our afternoon at this establishment. Quite uncalled for as I had paid such high compliments earlier to the kind lady who took my order that had heard such good things about the cafe and finally got to try it as my upon earlier attempts were unsuccessful as the cafe was closed. What a shame this persons rudeness spoiled the experience for me and my sister.

VERY NICE PEOPLE, went in to surprise my mom on her birthday and since we were going around getting freebies I asked them if I could get my mom a coffee and the man working there very nicely made me a coffee and was very kind and asked what type of coffee my mom liked etc, the place is very nice I really recommend it very professional staff that make you gain faith in humanity

This cafe was exquisite. The service was professional. The tea was beautiful in gorgeous crockery. The views were great of the city and accessibility was easy and scenic. Perfect in every sense and very relaxing.
