Placed an order for two dozen very berry cupcakes for a baby shower that I hosted. They were ready when they said they would be and were fresh and delicious. I love that their icing isn’t too sweet. Would definitely order from them again!

I recently ordered a custom decorator choice cake from cake bake shoppe. The service was immpecable and the cake itself was absolutely delicious, everyone enjoyed it. This would be the first time, everyone ate the cake the cake at the party. Thank you so much for making the cutest last minute rubble-paw patrol cake for my LO. I cant wait to order again. I contacted them for my wedding cake and they said they were available for the wedding date I requested and kept responding to emails after 2 or 3 days. That I could understand since they said they were very busy but then I asked to set up a call to discuss the final details of the wedding cake and I didn't hear back for 6 days. I sent a follow up email and then I got a response saying they don't want to move forward with the wedding cake process. Since my wedding is a month out, I was under a lot of stress and them saying they were available for my date obviously made me think we were going through with the order. I even bought a cake testing kit to try the flavours and I was fully ready to discuss the flavours and everything only for them to say they're not going through with it. I still don't understand why they couldn't have said that within a day or two if they didn't have the bandwidth or just didn't want to do it. Very unprofessional and wasted a lot of time that I could have spent talking to other vendors. Also if you're wondering about taste it wasn't anything crazy - I tried 12 different cupcakes and the cake portion all tasted the same, the icing is the only thing that had any differentiation and even that was overly sugared.
I’m such a fan of Cake Bake Shoppe, so I knew I needed them to do the dessert for my post-elopement party! The Itty Bitty cupcakes were perfect in size for everyone to try each of the flavours with no mess. Getting everything organized with Tanya was a breeze. I could not recommend them more!!

That was probably the best chocolate cake I’ve ever eaten. My guests raved about it and my wife (her birthday) was over the moon about it. I thought it was a bit pricey but the quality is so worth it. I’ll be back and I know my guests will become new customers!
