My favorite place to go to buy cakes/cupcakes. The flavour of their cakes are next level and so is their service. I wish I can give this higher then 5 stars.

I contacted them for my wedding cake and they said they were available for the wedding date I requested and kept responding to emails after 2 or 3 days. That I could understand since they said they were very busy but then I asked to set up a call to discuss the final details of the wedding cake and I didn't hear back for 6 days. I sent a follow up email and then I got a response saying they don't want to move forward with the wedding cake process. Since my wedding is a month out, I was under a lot of stress and them saying they were available for my date obviously made me think we were going through with the order. I even bought a cake testing kit to try the flavours and I was fully ready to discuss the flavours and everything only for them to say they're not going through with it. I still don't understand why they couldn't have said that within a day or two if they didn't have the bandwidth or just didn't want to do it. Very unprofessional and wasted a lot of time that I could have spent talking to other vendors. Also if you're wondering about taste it wasn't anything crazy - I tried 12 different cupcakes and the cake portion all tasted the same, the icing is the only thing that had any differentiation and even that was overly sugared.

I’m such a fan of Cake Bake Shoppe, so I knew I needed them to do the dessert for my post-elopement party! The Itty Bitty cupcakes were perfect in size for everyone to try each of the flavours with no mess. Getting everything organized with Tanya was a breeze. I could not recommend them more!!

That was probably the best chocolate cake I’ve ever eaten. My guests raved about it and my wife (her birthday) was over the moon about it. I thought it was a bit pricey but the quality is so worth it. I’ll be back and I know my guests will become new customers!

The team here is always friendly whenever we visit. Today, we picked up six mini cupcakes and six regular ones. My husband expressed interest in the coconut flavor but hesitated to commit to a full-sized cupcake without tasting it first. To our delight, we returned home to find a mini one secretly placed in the box, waiting for us to try! Thank you for the surprise; we enjoyed it and will be back again.
This place is sensational! Best cupcakes in town. I now use them for all birthdays and special occasions. Wonderful customer service. Would highly recommend.

We ordered mini cupcakes for a birthday and they were so delicious! The mini size is perfect for kids. We made a special request on the presentation and they met it perfectly. Highly recommend the vanilla, salted caramel and red velvet flavours!

Not bad - but for a $5 cupcake I would expect softer butter cream and a more moist cup cake. Some more cherry would be ideal. I had the Black Forest cup cake.

I have ordered a cake from Cake bake Shoppe twice in the last 8 months and my experience has been wonderful. The cakes turned out moist. I am giving a 4 star ONLY because I am a bit bummed that we are only able to purchase predesigned cakes. Now, if I order from here, I need to work around their design peremeters. Which is unfortunate because for the next party, we have plans for a much more colourful cake, and cannot use them. If you are looking to get a tasty cake done in a short time with a simple design, this is the place to go! I have attached review pictures of a bee and dragon theme, note to other viewers that I had to add the additional animations.
