They were so informative and respectful of our wishes, while also being transparent about what would look best without being pushy. We were quite particular about what we were looking for and they absolutely nailed it. The cake was SO unique and we got several compliments about it being the best wedding cake anyone’s had.

I walked in and the lady in the front right away yelled and said “we do not have Tres de leches cake!!!” Not sure how she knew I was a hardcore Mexican.
The lady in the front was absolutely rude. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. She should be given training on how to talk respectfully with customers. Will never recommend this establishment to anyone ever again.

Great cakes, BUT was disappointed to pickup a gender reveal cake with a sticky note that said ‘pink’ on it. Kinda ruins the surprise ?

Ordered a completely custom cake with a weeks notice for a 50th birthday. Sent inspiration photos and it couldn’t have turned out better. (4 stacked VHS tapes as a cake) I had them deliver it- delivery person was very friendly and gave instructions on how to store it. On top of the amazing service the cake was delicious (chocolate with buttercream icing). Will definitely order from them again and have told many people how great our experience was!
