Holy smokes order the #7 hand pulled noodle in braised beef soup you will not regret it. My Chinese compadres can probably speak more to its authenticity but I assure you it’s as authentic and delicious as it gets. Bringing me back to my late night Lanzhou beef noodle soup runs during my Beijing days.
I might be so bold and say it’s worth the trip to Calgary alone, 太好吃了！

Loved the hand pulled noodles in braised beef soup. You can watch them hands pull the noodles for your soup. They have a great texture and the soup with chilli oil had a ton of flavour.

Menu was simple, did not have to wait long for food. Noodles were made fresh, very chewy and delicious. The soup in the ramen tasted a little off, but other than that, a pleasant experience. Very pleased with the fully halal menu.

Calan Beef Noodles is honestly one of our favourite spots! The food is always so good. We always order the braised beef noodle soup (so good!), and we get the stir-fry chicken noodles for our young boys — they love it. The service is amazing every single time. Everyone’s so friendly and welcoming. We've been here a bunch of times and have never been disappointed. Definitely recommend if you're craving something delicious and satisfying!

Small hole in the wall type of place with great food. Service was slow when we went. But I experienced that at both locations and at different times of the day. But it's worth the wait! Food is hot, fresh, tasty, and plenty.

Its not that good. Meat wasnt tender at all. The noodles were too bland. When asked for spice they gave us chilli oil whick wasnt spicy at all. Ps: bring your own hotsauce as well as small scissors to cut those long noodles!
A small, clean, and welcoming place. It was our first visit, and the staff was attentive while taking our order. Watching the noodles being made was both fun and fascinating. We tried the fried lamb noodle and the beef soup noodle both were very tasty, and the portions were generous. It was great to see that the meats are halal, with certificates clearly displayed. We will definitely come back to try other varieties.
