Excellent Chinese Authenticate Halal Certified restaurant. I was looking for this type of restaurant for a long time. Finally, I got it.

Not only is the food is delicious and the staff very kind, but the real stand-out is the house tea. Best cup of tea I've ever had in my life, by a wide margin. 1000/5 stars

Food was absolutely delicious! Prices were great, ate with my wife with a full belly and some saved to take home, for around 40-45$! They were quick with getting the food out as well. Definitely recommend the beef stir fry noodles (thick noodles)

Had a noodle craving tonight and was torn between Hong Kong-style beef offal noodles or Lanzhou hand-pulled noodles. Since I wanted that nice chewy bite, I went with Kalan Ramen.
The braised beef noodles? Honestly, the noodles were the star — way better than the beef itself. Tried the lamb flatbread too, but the bread wasn’t crispy, so it felt a bit flat. The beef shank plate came with only three slices, which felt kinda “premium” for the price.
The set came with a tea egg, but sadly it wasn’t very flavorful. Still, compared to most spots in Edmonton, this place is already like heaven for noodle lovers.

I tried the Stir-fried Noodles with Beef and Vegetables. The place was clean., but I found the portion of vegetables to be quite small. The noodles were also on the firm side and tended to stick together while eating. Overall, it was an average experience — I would give it about three stars.

A fantastic spot for noodles, very small location with only a few tables. Was interesting watching the “Noodle Puller”, was very fast, we ordered “ The Hand Pulled Noodle in Braised Beef Soup”. It was awesome, wasn’t expecting it to be this good, I got extra beef on the side as well. Very Flavourful, and their home made chili oil made it even better. I’m looking forward to going back again and again. For me it’s even more special as they are Halal and do not use pork or pork products in this location.

A bit expensive but worth it, they give you a lot of noodles and meat. One of my favourite places for Hand Pulled Noodles in Calgary.

We ordered hand-pulled noodles in beef soup and stir-fried noodles with seafood & vegetables. The smell was soo bad like dried fish and the broth tasted like plain hot water with just raw beef, no extra seasoning. We left the food after just two bites. I wouldn’t recommend it for South Asian Muslims, as the taste buds won’t match.
