First time ordered Hand-pulled noodles in braised beef soup.
Instead of braised beef what I really wanted and what I was actually paying for I got 3 pieces of simmered beef shanks , and one small dry piece of braised beef which doesn’t look fresh at all ,noodles was cold and meat they were putting also COLD, so I have to heated up it myself.
Taste was just ok.
It’s so many places in Calgary where you can get much better HOT , FRESH noodle soup ..

Had high expectations as I saw a video of pod casters about it and nope it wasn’t good at all. NOPE.

It was DISGUSTING, there was no service after tipping. Had to get water and the container was almost empty and we were the only ones inside. There was something floating in our water. Was asked to grab chopsticks and spoons where everyone can just grab and not sure if the people prior washed their hands in that bowl. Staffs were using phones with floury hands. The sesame balls were half cooked and I could taste raw mixture. 🤮🤢 floors and chairs were dirty. Had to wipe my chair. 3 staffs waiting for customers and not doing anything to clean the place is horrendous.

Seriously, didn’t even make the soup half as it was just full of noodles. Nope nope nope . Would never recommend at all.

The pickled mustard green soup is a must! I add extra chili oil it's amazing. The service is always really quick and friendly as well.

First time trying this place and it was outstanding, literally watched our noodles being pulled right in front of us. I tried tye beef noodle soup, and it was delicious the broth was light but flavorful and the noodles were the perfect soft chewy texture. Will definitely be back.

The flavor of the beef broth was good! Our one suggestion would be to add more vegetables to the soups please. Also, for the price, the amount of dessert is a bit on the pricey side, we felt. Maybe that's because of the location? Overall it was a good experience, just priced a little bit higher than their competition. The hand pulled noodles were nice and chewy

I haven’t tried the food yet. But I am sure it should be delicious. Because the stuff is so nice. I just entered to have some hot water. He cooked some for me. Totally been moved. I will come and try the noodles next time. Thank you for your kind.
