Good food but horrible customer service. Guy at the till taking orders could not be bothered. There were 8 of us and our first time there so we had questions about the dishes. Everything we asked him, he would point to the menu. He was rude and looked like he did not want to be there.

Ate here for the first time. It was suggested I get the #5, the hand pulled noodles with minced beef and vegetable soup. I chose the thin noodles out of the four options there was. The broth in this soup was unbelievably flavourful. Needed no seasoning. The broth had tons of minced beef, carrots, potatoes and mushrooms. The noodles were perfectly cooked, al dente, chewy and delicious. The chef pulls the noodles in the kitchen right in front of you. The staff were so kind and friendly. Will eat here every time I come to Calgary!

The service and store environment are pretty good. The noodles are on the soft side and the soup base is certainly no where near the authentic Lanzhou style.

The food is good. Big portions and taste. The only thing that was upsetting, was the service. The place is not clean and definitely needs to pay attention to guest service. It seems like it is self service and the restaurant should do deep cleaning.

I came here and tried the braised beef noodle soup and the house tea. They poured a bit of chili oil into the soup as well. First of all it was SO good. Not too spicy despite the chili oil. There was so much noodle in my bowl it was so filling. The beef was so tender and soft. The tea was one of the best herbal teas i have tried. The cashier was just not the most friendly - but the man making the food was great. Would definitely recommend the food here!! So good

Best thing about this place is hand pulled fresh noodles that they prepare right in front of you. It was pretty expensive though as compare to serving size of meat and soup of beef noodle soup. Its halal though which was a plus. Quick service and to go price was almost $18 with tax . If you pay tip for dine in then it will be $22 for one person.
