I went to this place a long time ago and I thought it was good. It has been a while since the last time I came here but oh boy this is good. The beef was so tender and juicy I loved it. I got the braised beef soup.

It’s hit and miss now on the food. The food used to be awesome. Then they started switching staff. The new staff does that know how to make the menu items correctly. The beef broth is different. There’s flank steak in the braised beef soup instead of braised beef. The noodles are over cooked. And if you want to take your left overs home (after paying $16.50 for a bowl of soup) they want 30 cents for a take out container.

Delicious hand pulled noodles. The broth was amazing, so flavourful and warm tasting. Felt like such a comfort food on a cold, snowy day. I'll be back for more without a doubt.

Got the pickled veggies beef noodle and braised beef noodle, both were delicious in their own way. Deep complex flavors, but very drinkable and fresh. Noodles were perfect.The best part was the tea, really tasty!

Saw a post talking about this place on Instagram so I decided to try it out. I ordered the braised beef soup and asked for thin noodles instead of thick noodles. However, they gave me both thin noodles and thick noodles in the soup. I barely touched my soup and went to ask for another one upon realizing this mistake. When they brought my new soup out it was the same one they gave me before and they had just pulled some of the thick noodles out by hand and served it again. Is it just me or is that not normal for a restaurant? I was under the impression that if they got your order wrong they would simply bring you a new one, especially if you barely touched the one they got wrong. Anyway, I thought the soup was ok. The broth was delicious, the beef was very tender and good, but I thought that the taste of the noodles almost ruined the entire dish. Something about the noodles, whether it was the thickness, texture, or taste, just threw off the entire dish unlike any soup I've had at a Chinese Restaurant. The place is definitely not as good as they claimed on Instagram, not even close, but the employees seemed very respectful and friendly.

Tried this place for the first time recently after being told by so many people it would remind me of the excellent beef noodles I used to love in Taiwan. It lived up to the hype, though I would have loved a dish of spicy cucumbers to go with it and hope to see them in the rotation of seasonal appetizers. If you're trying this place for the first time and feeling indecisive, you can't go wrong with a #7 w thick noodle. Our family of three agreed that was the one that reminded us the most of our fave from TW.My child also loved the display of whole spices embedded in the tables. That + watching the staff pull fresh noodles was a great distraction while we waited for our order.Kid-friendliness: Staff were happy to provide an extra bowl and a fork so our child could share our meals. He loved the food and spice level was very easy to control for his comfort.

Although this place is called Beef Noodle they have some vegetarian options, they are 06, 12, and 13.I always go for number 12 (shown here) with the flat and wide noodle because I crave the slight sourness of the sauce, the chili oil itself is not very spicy but the dish can be quite pungent from the raw onions and garlic. Number 13 has a much more sweeter flavor, almost like sweet and sour pork, although there is no meat.Service is great here, I find this location is also consistent in the flavor of this dish. The desserts and tea egg are delicious too.Vegetarian options: They have number 06, 12, and 13.

They would rather walk to the customer to remind them that the meal is ready than deliver it to the table. There is no service at all. The restrooms have no hand sanitizer and daily maintenance cleaning.
