Ordered steamed momos (10 pcs). Told me they would be ready in 25 minutes. Went back after 30 minutes and the order was still not ready. Took them another 15 minutes to get it ready. 40 plus minutes just for 10 pcs of momos seriously?. Food was okay but not worth for 40 minutes. Will never visit again.

We ordered the jhol momo and chicken chowmein from Calgary Momo House. The chowmein was absolutely delicious—perfectly seasoned, with the right balance of veggies and chicken, and cooked just the way we like it. Easily the highlight of the meal!
The jhol momo was decent, though it didn’t stand out as much as the chowmein. Still, it added variety to our order and was enjoyable overall.
Service was friendly and the food came out fresh and hot. Definitely recommend the chicken chowmein if you’re visiting—one of the best I’ve had in Calgary.

Initially, I held a favorable impression of their momos; however, upon tasting them, I discovered a hair, and the subsequent experience was characterized by a watery texture and a lack of flavor.

Went there for a quick grab, waited long for two items to be served. Had to ask for every single thing because server forgot to serve sauces and the food got cold by the time. It is disappointing to experience such service when the restaurant is not even busy.

Just a feedback- I came here a few days ago with my friend to dine in and we tried the chili and jhol momo We absolutely loved every bite of it. So I thought of taking my sisters when they were visiting. We had a long Banff day so we thought of ordering take out while we were on our way and they were closing half hour after we arrived. We asked if they can make any momos without onion/garlic and in the first call they said yes, as long as it was any veg momos. Then we called them back to place our order and we got jhol momos, chili momos, and veg thukpa. We arrived to pickup the order and the lady on the phone told us that for future reference, the other momos without onion/garlic we have to let them know in advance. And from what we understood it was for non-veg momos but it didn’t matter to us as we were ordering veg. When my sisters went inside to pick up the food they were told the chilli momos were made in only ketchup and there were no noodles in thukpa. Which made no sense.. and to be clear we did ask if chili momos can be made without onion/garlic and the lady did tell us that it can be made. So we were confused what was happening. Anyway my sisters asked them to remake it and they did. It was not as great as the first time I had it. Maybe it was because it was takeout. But I will not be ordering takeout from here again. Its sad because our food and service was 10/10 the first time and now I think I would hesitate now.
