The rudest staff. I asked for some noodles with my soup because they used to come with it, she said I could get half my soup with the noodles but I wanted all my soup + noodles (I didn’t mind paying more too). To my surprise she said they don’t have any noodles. She proceeds to get frustrated and takes my soup away. IMAGINE a restaurant that specializes in Asian cuisine that has noodles one minute but NO noodles the next. lol.Food is pretty good tho! Worth it if you’re good at dealing with untrained rude employees.

HORRIBLE !!! Owners were so RUDE and DISRESPECTFUL!! There was long black hair in the food , ..I ask for them to make me new food and they said I have to pay. . So un professional!...ALSO the floor looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a week.It wasn't much to ask , just change the food and check to make sure no hair in food next time. .Do not eat from here

We have waited many years for a Hakka Chinese cuisine in the NW. What fantastic flavorful food! We tried a wide selection of their menu; from the Hakka Chicken to Massaman Basa Curry to Manchurian Shrimp Noodle. All were absolutely delicious! The shrimp spring rolls were full of flavor, very nicely seasoned. The owners were very helpful and professional. We can't wait to try the spicy dishes next. Until next time, enjoy!

Ordered on skip the other night. Got Vegetable Massaman Curry, Vegetable Red Curry and veggie spring rolls. Both curries were delicious. Large portions, containers filled to the brim.... really felt like we really got our money's worth. Spring rolls were super crunchy and very tasty. Will definitely be ordering again.

Tons of flavours. Good service, food was ready quick. Portions were absolutely ginormous for the price. We’ll certainly be coming back!

I heard about this place from some guys at work and decided that I needed to try it for myself. Wow. I got the combination dinner including rice for $19 and it was delicious and enough for at least 2 people. Crowfoot Thai is very reasonably priced, very good quantity and excellent taste.

Food is delicious! Totally recommend. Everything I've tried so far has been really good. I definitely try to get food here every time I'm in the area since I live 30 min away. But would have it a few days a week if I could. Give this place a try great service too.

First time here after reading the reviews! I ordered the pad Thai and fried rice, loved the seasoning and will return again. Highly recommended to anyone who loves Thai food.

Never had a horrible experience like this before … DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR, and stay away from this place! ??????Extremely rude customer service … wanted to place an order for the first time, I just said “can I place an order of kung pao chicken”, got told “no more chicken” and she gestured for me to go away. ??Note: 2 people placed an order in front of me just mere minutes before I asked. Not sure what the reason is but the owner’s responses to the other reviews with the exact same experience says a lot about this place.Try ginger garden instead, excellent customer service and food!! ??You can thank me later ?

We're very lucky to have a Hakka/Thai restaurant that serves halal food in the NW of the city. Yes, technically the California Thai at Beacon Hill also serves halal, but they are more Thai and don't have the strong Hakka food selection. (and the food at that location is simply not as good). The owners and staff of this place - especially though the pandemic - have always been very friendly to us and genuinely appreciative of our patronage. The restaurant has been closed to in-house dining for a couple of years now, but we regularly take advantage of the takeout. Why? Because the portions are good and the food is predictable in quality (i.e. good) and ready on the agreed-upon time.My kids love their Hakka chicken and I'm a fan of the Won Ton soups. For a Thai restaurant, it's surprising that we haven't actually tried much of the Thai offerings such as Pad Thai. The Hakka stuff is good, tender, flavourful, and clearly made with fresh ingredients. Is their food going to blow you away? No, it's clearly not a guide Michelin restaurant, but the food is still very good and so far they haven't let us down.We will continue to be loyal patrons.

The food is great but the lady working at the front sucks when it comes to customer service. I've gotten lunches for work, taken multiple friends to this location and even ordered food for the family. But because her lack of etiquette during my last visit I will not be coming back. I also asked to have a side dish (rice) subbed for another (steamed veg) she said they couldn't do that. Makes no sense. You're a restaurant it's a very minimal change. If theres a cost difference reflect it in the bill. Otherwise delicious food. Shoutout to the cook I'd like to talk to him but he usually busy in the back.

The customer service is horrible. The lady at the counter said I can't take your orders, because it will take us one hour to prepare food. I said no problem, I can wait. But she insisted not to take my order. When I asked why? She said I don't take orders in person, start throwing receipts of other orders in front of me, and said we are too busy to take orders. This point I find this behaviour unacceptable, so I asked my husband to intervene. She said to him, call from the car and we can take the order. Even though the resturant was empty. So my husband who is alot more patient than I am, placed the order. We all found food to be even more poor quality than their customer service. Not recommended.

Just tried this place for dinner, ordered the broccoli beef stir fry. Portion was huge (can probably serve 2), beef was delicious and broccoli was nice and a little crunchy. Overall food was good, the lady was friendly, got my food in about 12 minutes. Would definitely repeat.
