Today, my husband bought honey garlic wings from your restaurant, but they were overcooked, extremely spicy, and completely tasteless. They did not match the description or the expected flavor. We’ve ordered these wings before, and they used to be much better, so this time was very disappointing.
Since we could barely eat them, we requested a refund, but our request was denied. Instead, we were offered an exchange for pizza, even though we specifically wanted wings. This was a very unpleasant experience—both in terms of food quality and customer service. It’s disappointing to see the standards drop.

Dear owner, please train your staff well with respect the guy working is so disrespectful and rude and your food product is not fresh enough it smells disgusting 🤮 so please give them some training or otherwise we will complain to the city for your services and food which are not acceptable thank you.

It’s food if you are starving, but the quality is questionable. CPU has been around for a long time but the quality has steadily declined over the years. They’d be better off using ketchup instead of the tomato sauce they use now.

We pre ordered pizza online for a birthday party with 22 kids. The pizza came 55 minutes late and the kids at ice cream cake first and then no one was hungry for pizza. It ruined the party. I spoke with someone who said the manager would get back to me, and that they would make it up to me by giving me another pizza order a different time. Sure enough, when I call back in, they have no record of anything and no one is willing to call me back so I received zero compensation. Average pizza, terrible service. Horrible delivery (we live a 2 minute drive away). Very disappointing experience. Will never order here again
