Canadian Pizza Unlimited

Tonight I had a very disappointing experience at this location. The teenager employee working on 02/27/2025 was extremely unprofessional and rude. Instead of providing good customer service, they were dismissive and unhelpful, making the whole experience unpleasant. I expect better treatment as a paying customer. Management should address this behavior to ensure a more welcoming environment for customers.

They gave me and my son who are homeless a piece of pizza and then kicked us out of their store Their pizzas are dried up disgusting They have hair on them They don't wear hair nuts when they make your pizza it's disgusting don't go here unless you want to pay 50 for two medium hairy pizzas

Went here for pizza and both me and my boyfriend got the flu with reheated pizza. Do not suggest.

Ordered a large Hawaiian extra cheese… that is beyond a joke for paying 3 dollars extra looks like there isn’t ever cheese at all in some spots and the pizza is so thin … this location sucks compare to some of the other locations

Looks like a CPU that’s struggled with a cocaine addiction for the last 7 years, needs updating. Their pop special says free soda but the price adds the soda into it, not very slick at all. Overall dirty and the menu boards are covered in sharpie marks and paper to change prices. Increases are okay, but please make it look proper.

Ordered a Canadian pizza. There wasn't even barely any cheese on it let alone the missing pepperoni, bacon and mushrooms

We called at 10:36 to order for pick up and the guy said he’s not taking any orders so I asked if we could come in, in 5 minutes, and he said that he already cleaned everything up and he’s not serving anymore. If you guys don’t want to take orders then change the close time.

They claim unlimited toppings as a trademark, though it seems there’s ALWAYS toppings that are missing. It’s like they’re trying to cut food cost and think you won’t notice because it’s always the same toppings missing.
Also when someone asks for extra of something on it, you give it to them. VERY low quality meats but still quite decent pizza.

EDIT: prices are constantly rising, content of toppings are getting less. Seems everytime I order now it's a cheap made pizza. Not been worth my money.

Got one of the Pizza by slice. Wish I had spent my $4 on something more edible. The slice was dry, greasy and tasted inedible. I finished the slice since I was starving. I got sick after 2 hours and had to rush to the washroom.My advice, if you want to get sick, please get your food here.

If that delivery driver is an actual employee of this location, I'd recommend teaching him what customer service is.
First of all, I ordered CONTACTLESS DELIVERY. I leave written directions so it's easy for the driver, and I ALWAYS tip 20-30%. This driver is pounding at my door, yelling, shouting, ringing the doorbell nonstop. Then calling nonstop. Contact less means you leave the delivery and go.... when I get to the door he's angry and yelling at me, my daughter is right upstairs! He had zero respect and clueless what no contact delivery meant. He basically through my pizza in my hands. He mumbled something about not being nice to send your driver around 20 minutes with no tip. The online ordering seems to glitch whereas door dash you can confirm. There was change on the door step but he missed out on that being angry. I have never experienced a delivery driver like that. Not deserving.
Also may I add, there were zero updates on delivery status and I continuesly refreshed the tracker.
