“We just found this lovely restaurant. Loved that they don’t use MSG, nor super sweet sauces. It’s rare! Good clean food. We ordered ginger beef, Szechuan noodles, Szechuan veggies, brisket and tendon. All were good, especially the iconic Calgary specialty dish - ginger beef. We will dine in next time and perhaps try out the lunch buffet.“

“As a long time customer with Bobby Chao’s, it’s safe to say they don’t let you down when it comes to food. They know the formula and taste stays solid.

I always order peking duck and two sides that come with it, never got sick of it after countless visits and Im still back at the table all season long.

“Ordered the Special Combo Dinner #2 on Uber Eats — it came with ginger beef, shrimp with mixed veggies and cashews, plus a wonton soup on the side. The portions were solid and the price was really reasonable. Only downside was the wonton soup had a bit of a sour smell,and the wrap was very thick to end which was kinda weird.“
