500 deposit before the assessment is ridiculous.
Customers should be charged the assessment fee first and if they want it fixed, etc, yes I agree to putting a deposit down but initially without a diagnosis, that's ridiculous.

Quoted one price for an inspection on a machine. Charged another. I explained everything, make, model and use of machine. Tried charging 30% more than quoted. Don't waste your time.
REPLY - It was an Inspection on machine that was dropped off. Not a purchase.

I'm a plumber in Calgary and I needed a certain adapter to hook up a customer's cappuccino machine that I couldn't fine at my wholesalers. I called a couple different places which never called me back until I called these guys. Peter called me back and was extremely knowledgeable, they had the part I needed in stock. The staff was very friendly and professional.
I hope this evens out what I assume will be an upcoming bad review from a very angry driver that cut off the cappuccino King driver. I was impressed with how he handled the situation in a very professional manner considering the tone and aggression he was faced with. Good job keeping your cool. If I ever have a need I will definitely use their services.
