If you're looking for an unforgettable dining experience, look no further. We came here to celebrate a promotion, and it was the perfect spot. The ambiance was intimate and upscale, yet still comfortable. Our server was warm and professional, and had great suggestions for wine pairings. The food was phenomenal. I had the filet mignon, which was cooked medium-rare exactly as requested and served with a silky potato purée and roasted vegetables. My partner had the salmon, which was flaky, tender, and accompanied by a tangy dill sauce that tied the whole dish together. We ended the night with crème brûlée, which had the perfect crunchy top and creamy interior. Every moment of the evening felt special.

Great local Italian inspired cuisine. New updated menu has the beef tartare that we love and the scallop & hamachi crudo! Great wines and cocktails and don't forget the tiramisu.
The food and service was fantastic, but it was so loud, I could hardly hear my friend speak. I might not go back during Stampede again, but will definitely return another time.

Last night we dined at Cardinale and had a generally enjoyable experience, although there were a few aspects that fell short of our expectations. The Cioppino has been updated on the menu and, while it was flavorful and comforting, it no longer includes bread, shrimp, or snow crab, which we missed. Additionally, it arrived somewhat cold, which detracted from the overall warmth of the dish. The Crudo was definitely one of the highlights of our meal — the Hamachi and Hokkaido Scallops Sicilian Style were exquisitely fresh, beautifully presented, and a true testament to the restaurant's passion and artistry in raw preparations. Each bite was a remarkable blend of texture and flavor that will remain in our memory. The restaurant was also out of Gnocchi, so we chose the Tagliolini Nero instead, which was truly exquisite. My friend, who cannot consume spicy food due to health issues, ordered the Soppressini without chili; however, it still contained black pepper, which added a slight spiciness. This is a small consideration that we hope can be addressed in the future to better accommodate all diners' preferences. The desserts were a highlight of our meal. The Tiramisu and Crostata al Cioccolato were both wonderful, adding a sweet and rich conclusion to our dinner. The service provided by our server was impeccable — attentive, kind, and professional — which contributed to a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, we appreciate the restaurant's continued efforts to provide a fine dining experience, although there are some details that could be improved, and the prices remain somewhat high.
