I am writing to express my disappointment with the service and food quality during my recent visit. We specifically requested fresh food and meals; however, the order was ready in less than three minutes, which made us doubt that the food was prepared fresh as requested.
Additionally, we ordered chicken strips along with sweet and sour sauce, but the sauce was not included in the bag when we checked our order. My wife’s order was also incorrect, which caused even further inconvenience.
Furthermore, the cashier who took our order was noticeably rude, unprofessional, and impatient, which added to the overall negative experience.
I hope you will address these issues, as they significantly affected the quality of our visit.

Always great food and decent service, but..... blaring Christmas music already, completely ruins the atmosphere of trying to sit in the restaurant to eat your food! And I mean they had that crap playing loud! Smh!! 🤦♂️ Wait until its December at least, and turn the damn music down!

I ordered the steakhouse chocolate shake onion rings. There was a advertisement on the board but no price and it rotated to the next screen. Lady's English was good except her English comprehension was not good i asked a simple question the $21.14 was that a combo price or a non combo price. She went on about what was in a combo but didn't answer the question. I had to ask 4 times before she comprehended. Food was cooked pretty quick. If you want to avoid frustration with your customers you need to hire people who comprehend English

Today when I went to the store to buy some things and I had friends with me, we ate there. There was an old lady who didn't even know how to speak and had a big, arrogant attitude. These people have a very bad impact on business Young people should be given the opportunity to be active and work. This woman is also a real woman and her attitude is not good I'm talking about the store on 16 Avenue that I visited today.

from the reviews we thought lets try.after getting my cold burger with eveything I didnt order on it, we wouldn't reccomend this garbage to anyone. bad cold food screwed up the order and put everything i dodnt order on my burger. then we had to drive down the street to park and found they gave us the wrong reciept so we now have no idea how much we were charged. never again!!
came here at 10:20, 40 minutes before they close. i understand that it’s a bit late, but the cashier had a unwelcoming face, and she was frowning from when we came in, and even while when we were asking her questions. she kept having her eyebrows scrunched together, and her replies were really rude and unpleasant. when we said that it was to take out, that’s when her face was a bit brighten up. i get that you want to clean and clock out, but i just feel like as a customer, it wasn’t very pleasant for me to get those attitudes even before i even said anything.
after i told her it was for take-out, since we didn’t want to stay there and get the annoyed stares from her, the whole process went quite well. we got the family pack $29.99, and its a pretty nice value. you get 4 burgers of your choice, small sized fries (?), and 4 drinks.
the place it self has a nice vibe to it, pretty clean, maybe because the cashier was mopping but, it looked pretty neat.
overall would’ve been better if the service was a bit more friendly, but 4 stars since everything else went fine. 🙂
