This place is so freaking clean and the seating is modern and comfortable. I don't normally dine in for fast food but I would here every time.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Person at the front looks super mad. No smile when we came in even when we said thank you and stuff and tried to be nice absolutely no emotion or smile. Not a welcoming atmosphere at all. Food was also cooked terribly compared to other locations. I work in the service industry and I get personal things happen but it should never reflect on to those who have done nothing to you. Worst service I have ever gotten. I also know the name of the server but won’t name her. Please get better employees.

Ordered the family pack for thirty dollars in drive thru. They pack it in a cheap cardboard box with a little handle to grab it. Coming out of car at home it ripped and the box fell sideways into a puddle because it was raining. Took pics and video called the location only to leave a message about it. The fries were all wet. The burgers were fine. Didn't return because we took a cab and don't drive. No return calls at all. Let Carl's Junior on FB know. Just got an automated apology and nothing more. Great food but lousy service if there's problems! At least the competition deals with issues right away and treats you like an important customer. I guess these guys are too busy to care....

Very bad attitude from the cashier called ahmjet or something like that, she treated us badly, bad attitude, she wanted to explain the new product to us, the devil, I'm Mexican and wanted to know if I would like it and very forcefully she told me after only with a contemptuous attitude, I think that this type of people with a bad attitude should not work as a cashier, the truth is that they ruined my lunch

Burger special & a drink for 3.75, Quarter Pounder-sized burger too, nice place, good music, drinks actually tasting like they should instead of carbonated soda water/battery acid... 10/10 would come back. It's not 5 stars only because of the regular menu price - menu should be cheaper for what they are offering...

i just ordered from here i got 2 superstar combos and i only got some of my food.i dont drive and skip the dishes is useless. very frustrating when you pay 50 or 60 dollars these days. my burger was also very cold. will not be returning

The food is great, but the workers look mad at the same time, trying to side-eye us. We are 5, and we want to buy takeout, but I think they are not happy while working. That was Sep 11 evening time. Your food is great, but the people working are not.
