This just might become my new favorite Mexican restaurant. The staff was friendly, greeted and seated us right away. Good menu selection of all the Mexican staples. My choice vasilated between the birria and the el pastor. I choose the birria and it was moist, authentic and so delish. They even dipped and cooked the corn tortilla shell. They were able to handle a large group and families at the same time. This place is the real deal authentic Mexican cuisine. One of Calgary's best kept secrets.

I’m from Edmonton and over there we don’t have any good authentic Mexican restaurants we saw this one on Tik tok we decided to give it a try thinking it was gonna be any other Mexican restaurant and holy it was delicious the food was really good drinks amazing my girlfriend is Mexican so she was so happy about the food so was I.

All I have to say is WOW!! Amazing food, great service and just overall great experience. Probably one of the best mexican restaurants in Calgary! The tacos are sooo good omg everything is soo good! Definitely recommend!!

No reservation walk-in on new years eve. A table was made for us right away. Chicken enchiladas were incredible! Hot, fresh and authentic. I cant wait to try the Molcajete Mixto next visit.
Best tacos we’ve had in town! Everything was great from the food to the drinks and desserts. Service was friendly and gave awesome suggestions. Highly recommend!

They need to go back to the drawing board with the fish burrito. It was flavourless and I had asked if it went with rice and beans and they said yes. What showed up was a round dry burrito on a board. It had almost no filling and zero flavour.
I told the server, I don't think I can eat this and she didn't care. My partner switched plates with me and he ate the horrible burrito but I could see that he could hardly swallow it which means we both had a bad meal.
We eat here all the time and the natchos are great but they should be professional and should have addressed the fact that that burrito was inedible and taken it back.
We will think twice about going back due to the way they handled the situation. More than one server did not care. I'm giving one star for topping up water and another for my partner's meal being edible enough to eat but definitely the food has gone down.
