Great vibe, food very good. We ended up ordering after a large group in the private room had so there was a fair delay between courses. Staff were professional but not warm. Food was very good. Maybe the best ribeye had in years. Excellent pepper sauce and frites Please note it was very loud and hard to have a real Conversation.
Everything here was absolutely amazing. Right from the customer service to the food. Tried a couple appies and entrees. Our server was Joey, he was very attentive. Our drinks were never empty. Don't have a negative thing to say about this place.
Cassis Bistro in Calgary offers a solid dining experience. The food was good and flavorful, though I felt some of the market-priced items were a bit on the expensive side—especially considering Calgary is known as the beef capital. Service, however, was absolutely superb; the staff were attentive, friendly, and professional.
