I’ve went to numerous steakhouses across the world. I’ve eaten almost every type of cut and grade from USA to Asia including A5 and Kobe and Wagyu. I must say that Alberta’s AAA with a 28 day dry aged process has made these steaks impeccable and ranks in my top 10 and that is without breaking the bank. I had the bone-in 20 oz Cowboy Ribeye with twice baked potato and a side of mushrooms, bernaise sauce, and brussel sprouts. Everything tasted amazing!

A nice restaurant option when looking for a steak. The steaks are under seasoned but well cooked. The sides are standard, a little lack lustre. Desserts are frozen, not made in house, except the creme brulee which is delicious. Quick service and nice decor.
I have been coming here with family and friends ever since the Cattle Baron opened. The food has always been delicious, the service has always been second to none. Lately... you guys have found a way to bring the food and service up to another level. Keep up the exceptional efforts. They are not going unnoticed.
