Closing time at 4 pm. By the time we want to head out there they would be closed already.

Access is quite awkward. Theynare located way back in like an aircraft hanger building, once you pull into the parking it would be a guessing game how to access the restaurant.

This place is a small gem that appears underrated. The staff is friendly and served us a delicious lunch with a juicy grilled burger and home-style Korean lunch. We stopped by after a long flight into Calgary and it was the perfect spot. You can see small airplanes landing and taking off, too.

If you’re heading to Banff, Canmore, or Cochrane, and especially if you’re departing from or arriving at Springbank Airport, this spot is a must-visit for breakfast or lunch.

They serve warm, delicious coffee, and their handmade burgers are freshly made and absolutely worth trying.

The atmosphere is cozy, the food is fresh, and best of all — the prices are incredibly reasonable.
If you’re craving a handcrafted burger right near the airport, this place comes highly recommended!

We stopped by Cav-Ok Grill again — one of our go-to spots whenever we’re heading toward the banff.

I had the Spicy Chicken Wrap and it was just as amazing as always. The chicken is handmade, perfectly crispy outside and juicy inside. My partner had their burger, and it was absolutely delicious too — you can really taste the quality and care.

The staff are always so friendly and the place has a cozy, relaxed vibe.

We especially love the patio that overlooks the runway — it’s the perfect summer spot to sit back, enjoy the sunshine, and watch small planes take off.

We’ve been here a few times now and every visit has been great. Definitely one of our favorite local gems — highly recommended!

Hidden gem in springbank airport!

I stumbled upon Cav-Ok Grill while exploring the area, and I’m so glad I did. I tried their denver sandwich, and honestly, it might be one of the best I’ve ever had.

The place has a warm, cozy vibe that makes you want to stay a little longer, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It felt like a local spot with heart.

Bonus points for their breakfast menu – it’s simple, comforting, and really hits the spot after a morning hike or before heading out for the day.

Highly recommend stopping by whether you’re a local or just visiting springbank airport. You won’t be disappointed!

Love the Denver Sandwich for Breakfast!
Absolutely ecstatic about the chicken! It is the tastiest, must juiciest chicken I’ve ever had.
The Homemade Hamburger gets lots of raves from people that come there at lunch just for the burger. But I’m there most Saturdays before 9AM, and am most likely to order breakfast food then, so miss out on the hamburger ? at those early hours.
But come and select your own favourite dish or try one of the dishes mentioned here.. Bring a friend, and if you come Saturday mornings, just ask for Bob and come over and say Hi, or better yet, join us! Cheers,

For a simple but truly satisfying breakfast, Cal OK Grill near Calgary hits the mark perfectly. I recently tried their breakfast wrap, and was thoroughly impressed.

The wrap itself is made with high-quality, fresh ingredients that come together in perfect harmony. The eggs are cooked just right, neither overcooked nor runny. The meat, whether it's sausage or bacon, has a wonderful savory flavor. And the veggies add a nice crisp texture and complementary flavors.

But what really sets this breakfast wrap apart is the homemade touch. It tastes like it was prepared with the same care and attention you'd expect from your own mother's cooking. Every bite is satisfying and leaves you feeling nourished.

An added bonus is the care they put into the fruit side. The orange slices are nicely cut with a knife, without the stringy membranes or bitter pith that you sometimes find. It's a simple but effective way to elevate the presentation.

If you're able to enjoy your meal on the patio, you can do so while watching the planes take off and land at the nearby airport. It's a wonderfully relaxing way to start the day.

In a world of generic fast food breakfast options, Cal OK Grill stands out for its commitment to homemade quality and attention to detail. I highly recommend stopping in for their breakfast wrap - it's a true taste of comfort and satisfaction, perfect for anyone in the Calgary area.
