It was my first time trying bubble tea at this mall, and the staff was very patient in answering my questions. They kindly recommended their strawberry yogurt drink — it was delicious! Thank you for the great service.

If I could put a no star I will they have terrible customer service told them they made the wrong drink and they sat there arguing as my daughter gave her order they where to busy talking then listening to her order would never go there again and instead of apologizing there willing to lose a customer disgusting how they don’t care for there customers
I came back to Cha House in Sunridge Mall after my friend quit/fired to give their drinks another try, but unfortunately, nothing's changed. The boba is still weak, and the flavors are still bland.
My friend's experience working here was already a red flag - they mentioned being treated poorly by the owner and their coworkers and receiving unfair pay. Now, as a customer, I can see that the staff are still overworked and stressed which may or may not affect how they handle customers.
Until Cha House prioritizes their employees' well-being and improves their drinks, I won't be back. Disappointing experience, again.

I usually go out of my way to come here for the bubble waffle every time I am on the northeast end of the city and today was just a huge let down. The bubble waffle was clearly burnt, no matter where you go for this it NEVER looks this colour. I tried to talk to the employees to let them know I wasn't happy and their response rather than to correct the issue was to argue that the waffle was not burnt and insist nothing was wrong. I am very disappointed in how this was handled as any reputable establishment would have at least attempted to remake it. The lack of basic customer service has made this my last visit.
