Cute looking but tasted very bad!! Artificial and watery and the pearls were low quality
Enqi,thank you for good serviceđ
Have been seeing this around the Northland Winners, was always curious. Specially because the name is Cha not Chai. We grew up calling tea as Cha. And this led me to finally go in with my boys. Very clean space with a lot of random decorative items. The phone booth corner is cute. Nice sitting area. My boys had boba tea and Taro boba slush . I was interested trying their dessert bowl. Double Taro Bowl is what I tried. It looked very cool and colourful. The portion was big. I really loved it but wished they had options to add extra sweeteners as a choice. I donât like things too Sweet but this was almost no sweet to mild. Yet, I enjoyed tye fresh mango and itâs natural sweetness. I say give these dessert bowls a try even for the sake of trying something new! They also serve some snacks such as gyoza, wonton soup and waffles.
Good drinks and super friendly service!

I LOVE the boba hereee!!! The peach iced tea was my fav!!!! It had a orange slice in it which made it way better. I just wish they could add more boba pearls when I ask for extra
Was there today 2 for 1 what a deal!!! And it tastes awesome (flavor of the day is watermelon slushđ) real fruit not artificial. Really great value. Will be going again on Tues for coconut đ„„ slush. đđ»đđ»đđ»
Cha House at Northland delivers a cozy bubble tea experience with friendly service shout out to Eman and a solid variety from BrownâŻSugar Pearl lattes and Mango Mountain slushes to egg waffles and mousse cakes. While many favorites hit the mark, some drinks can feel a bit underwhelming or overly sweet. All in all, itâs a convenient spot with standout pearls and decent treats.
2 star because the passionfruit tea and peach fruit tea is decent at the BOGO offer on Saturday or Monday only. Both drinks give a slice of orange. The peach fruit drink tastes very similar to the passionfruit - not a lot of peach flavour - am unsure how it is peach but still a refreshing drink.
If only ordering the milk tea, it deserves a 1 star. Do NOT order the milk tea because it is tasteless. It tastes like milk powder only and probably the worst milk tea Iâve tried. Pearls are also bland and soft. It was very difficult to finish.
This was our first time in this bubble tea shop. The store looks decent and staff are friendly. They have toys and keychains selection that my daughter and I find cute! I ordered taro slush and I asked for 70% of sugar and sadly couldnât taste the Taro flavour. Maybe I will ask for full sweet on my next visit.

Had them with no sugar, it was good. Will try again. But wouldnât go out of my way to come here. But overall good. If you are in the area itâs worth a try.
Love itâŠ.

Delicious and fresh! The bubble tea was just the right sweetness, and the pearls had the perfect chewy texture. The staff were super friendly and made the experience even better.
Just ordered todayâŠ.The Mango Lychee is so good! Perfect sweetness and chewy pearls. Loved it!
The drinks were all pigmented, and the pearls inside looked like they were overnight.
