I have came to cha house two times and is severely disappointed each time.
The first time I ordered the mango coconut sago. The milk in the drink wasn’t real milk, and tasted like it was made by using powder mixed with water. It was super powdery and tasted like plain water. The sago was stuck together and uncooked in the center. There was barely any mango in the drink, and it definitely wasn’t fresh.
The second time I came here because I thought that the fruit teas wouldn’t be as bad. I got the daily special dragon fruit tea. It had a toothpaste aftertaste and made me feel sick after drinking. It didn’t taste like dragon fruit at all.
I would definitely advise against going here, and I have no idea how this place has such a high rating.
Great quality bubbletea and great service!
Great bubble teas, we love the honeydew slush.
Great range of flavors. We love to visit Cha house.
Dropped by Cha House yesterday and had a really nice experience. The shop was quiet and cozy, and the staff were surprisingly attentive in a very genuine way. There's a big pink statue by the entrance that I want to take picture with my friends. One of the employees kindly reminded my friend not to pull on it, explaining that the piece could fall and actually hurt someone. I appreciated that they were looking out for customer safety without making a big deal out of it. Drinks were great(ordered roasted rice milk tea as usual), and the space felt clean and welcoming.
Will definitely keep coming back.
I stopped by this bubble tea shop while picking up my kid from class, and the drinks were really good. The staff were all very friendly! When I brought my drink, they even gave a cookie and kindly reminded us that the hand on the pink toy bear was about to come off so my kid could be careful. We’ll definitely be coming back often!
Came in on a saturday night with 2 kids. They got yelled at for touching the statue they had on display, the big pink one by the door. Both employees look like they hated their jobs. Not a soul inside yet they couldn't be bothered to service us. Will not be coming back for mediocre drinks. If I could I would give it a 0 I would. Clearly not kid friendly.
Cute looking but tasted very bad!! Artificial and watery and the pearls were low quality
Enqi,thank you for good service😍
Have been seeing this around the Northland Winners, was always curious. Specially because the name is Cha not Chai. We grew up calling tea as Cha. And this led me to finally go in with my boys. Very clean space with a lot of random decorative items. The phone booth corner is cute. Nice sitting area. My boys had boba tea and Taro boba slush . I was interested trying their dessert bowl. Double Taro Bowl is what I tried. It looked very cool and colourful. The portion was big. I really loved it but wished they had options to add extra sweeteners as a choice. I don’t like things too Sweet but this was almost no sweet to mild. Yet, I enjoyed tye fresh mango and it’s natural sweetness. I say give these dessert bowls a try even for the sake of trying something new! They also serve some snacks such as gyoza, wonton soup and waffles.

I LOVE the boba hereee!!! The peach iced tea was my fav!!!! It had a orange slice in it which made it way better. I just wish they could add more boba pearls when I ask for extra
Was there today 2 for 1 what a deal!!! And it tastes awesome (flavor of the day is watermelon slush🍉) real fruit not artificial. Really great value. Will be going again on Tues for coconut 🥥 slush. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Cha House at Northland delivers a cozy bubble tea experience with friendly service shout out to Eman and a solid variety from Brown Sugar Pearl lattes and Mango Mountain slushes to egg waffles and mousse cakes. While many favorites hit the mark, some drinks can feel a bit underwhelming or overly sweet. All in all, it’s a convenient spot with standout pearls and decent treats.
