The woman working this morning seemed very apathetic to her work. I asked if they were open at 8:52 and she said they open at 9, so i waited. At 9:05 she went to get food from another place and came back and still was putting on her uniform and turning on the menu and setting things up. I went up to order at 9:10 and she seemed a bit annoyed and didnt make eye contact with me or talk much just took my order. I could feel strongly from her energy that she didnt want to be there...
Come lunchtime, the beast in my stomach begins to stir, and my wallet becomes subordinate to its' nearly carnal urges.
Luckily, the gorgeous valkyries at Chachi's rose to the challenge. Too grand to be constrained to a plate, the Montreal Smoked Meat sandwich was crafted, nay, forged, in a manner unimaginable to lesser beings such as us, making a monolith of this meal, and goddesses of the women who fashioned it.

This is probably the best airport food I had in Canada (too bad the White Spot closed at Vancouver airport). Ordered the rosemary roast beef dip. Quality ingredients like real rosemary in the dip and in the sandwich itself. Food court food that tastes like good restaurant food.
