Staff is incompetent and I'm pretty sure they aren't able to understand customers. I had to clarify my order 4 different times and they still messed up some how. My order was mac and cheese, like how do you not understand and mess that up?

This place used to be so so good. I would frequent it as an out-of-towner. Not sure if they changed their management or their recipe, the food literally made us all sick. The sandwich felt half-cooked, the chicken wasn’t even cooked through properly. Would highly recommend going elsewhere if you don’t want to feel sick to your stomach.

Just spent almost $19 on a single sandwich (Uber eats) and it only had one slice of meat on it and I mean one little thinly shave and slice of meat. Absolutely ridiculous! Will never eat or order from here again and neither should anyone else. I have a picture of it but I can't find where to post it.

I work in the mall and always get a veegie sandwich that is first time served by Jashan and now everytime i go with her's. She is so polite and the food is also delicious. And the another thing is they always give me a good discount.

I work in the mall and frequent this Chachi’s a lot! Everyone that works here is so kind and friendly. Can’t speak highly enough of the staff. The service is always amazing and expeditious. The food is also phenomenal. Their new Focaccia bread is also very delicious!

I was not a Big fan of Chachi's Sandwich to start with. But I got many recommendations for this location from my friends, so though to give it a shot when I was in the mall. And I'm soo GLAD I DID.
Best Tasting Chachi's Sandwich in Calgary, I've tasted here (will not disclose the other locations, just not to put them down). I can tell you it's the taste in the hands of employee/person making it, Have tried their Veg Sandwich and by no MEANS they are SUBWAY, but they taste sooo good and Fresh. Since they use Ciabatta bun style bread (don't know they exact name), it's good when you finish it Hot, but if you keep it and wait forever to go home to eat, it's the Bread that becomes chewy (from my earlier experience), and Chachi's has nothing to do with it, but you. Similarly like - you add all the sauces to SUBWAY and it'll become Saugy if you don't eat it in time.
Will highly recommend this location to everyone.
Vegetarian options: Pretty good Veg option, definitely not SUBWAY if you looking for it. Little light than SUBWAY, but full of flavor's.
