Super friendly staff. Food was excellent
Ordering catering for an office/team building event and it was delicious! Sandwiches are fresh and yummy with a variety of choices. Cookies were delicious as well especially the coconut raspberry, that was an office fav! Order was delivered to us at the perfect times as scheduled without issue. Will definitely be coming here for catering more often :)
I walked by Chachi’s and then returned as the sandwich descriptions looked delicious! I ate the Vedge with gusto. The focaccia bread is soft with a bit of crunch on the top, very fresh. The balsamic vinegar’s sweetness hits your tongue first, followed by the artichokes and the savoury sun-dried tomatoes. You can enjoy this delight while sitting in a windowed covered Plus 15 while you take in some of Calgary’s historic landmarks (Calgary Tower and The Bay) and people watching. Lovely place to eat, relax and enjoy the downtown core.
Tomato soup was delicious!
Went here for breakfast overfilled my cup with ice when I went back the lady was like we can't do anything about it thankfully the other lady helped out weird vibe here
Really busy during lunch but the service and the food was AWESOME!!!! Been going at this place for years and the manager is really nice. They look tired but still gives you the smile and service everyone deserves. Thumbs up!!!
Haven't been in years, happy to say the sandwiches didn't disappoint.
First time here! Really nice food court, bright and spacious, trees and natural light. Clean. Tried Cha-chi's Cajun chicken sandwich...it was simply delicious 10/10! Great value for the money. The bread was fresh and good amount of veggies and chicken meat. I will return here soon again.
Chachi’s is my go-to spot in the food court! Their menu offers a great variety, and I’ve tried most of their sandwiches—each one has been delicious and never disappoints. I love the bread they use which adds a lot to the overall quality of the sandwiches. I also can’t get enough of their tomato soup; it’s rich and comforting. Highly recommend Chachi’s for anyone looking for a quick yet satisfying meal.

The sandwiches are a bit pricey BUT .. they have gluten free bread that is so crispy and many gluten free sandwich options. The girls at this location are so good at asking if the GF is due to celiac or preference. If you indicate celiac, they will change their gloves, they will prep the sandwich on a counter on the side designated for celiac prep. I appreciate the extra precaution and knowledge that they have for food handling. The sandwiches are delicious and the quality is there, my favourite is the Cali.
Had the Italian bagel sandwich and a big pickle. I know everyone is complaining about the price but my 10$ bagel sandwich filled me for lunch and the red pepper spread was sooooo good. I think its well worth it.

The staff was immediately disrespectful for no reason, the sandwich was not well made and I immediately threw up after two bites and am somewhat convinced the employee put something in it. I am not someone who throws up easily. I gave the rest to someone else and they got sick too.

It's now $15 minimum for a sandwich and I literally had one paper thin layer of turkey. Garbage.
