I like the generally peaceful atmosphere here as there is no loud or quiet music playing and it is nice and quiet. The uncle is helpful and the food is nice Allahumma baarik. I recommend the beef cheese paratha, it is well spiced. The karak chai is good.

What a rude uncle jee who clearly should not be dealing with the public. If something costs extra just charge for it. Normal businesses manage this without turning it into a performance. The food is not special enough to tolerate the nonsense and the atmosphere is genuinely unpleasant. Save yourself the hassle and go to Rahat Bakery instead. Better service better vibes and no grown man throwing a strop over tea.

Chai shai cafe's food is tasty and delicious...My favorite food items are anday wala street style burger, chicken cheese paratha, cheese sticks, fries, Chai, chicken grilled sandwich, chicken pattie, vegetable pattie and chocolate cookie...One should definitely try as food is mouthwatering with reasonable prices...Both Husband and wife owning this cafe are nice, friendly and well behaved...Respect and support for them and their cafe..

What I like to r most about the place is the owner. I went there for some chai, and I was short a little bit of money, and the gentleman asked me not to worry about it. Such great customer service goes a long way. Thank you for being incredible.

Was visiting my family in Calgary and craved for home made chai. Ordered elaichi chai and honestly it was very bitter. Seems like they use elaichi powder instead of actual elaichi seeds. The cheese aloo tikki club sandwich was not worth $9. All I could taste was white bread. It had 2 thin slices of cheese, 2 slices of cucumber and very little lettuce and thin layer of potatoes. As it was cheese aloo tikki club sandwich and $9 I was expecting it to be little more filling but it wasn’t. I even tipped $2 but my order was definitely not worth $15 Sadly, my first and last visit. Only came to the plaza for Bakeography’s chai, but they are permanent closed.
